"Le Chalet", 2-room house 40 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table, TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Mooi gezellig huisje met omheinde tuin voor de hond. Alles wat je nodig hebt en discrete verhuurders. Frigo wat klein zelfs voor 2 mensen.

Location bien située. Non loin de beaucoup de sites touristiques. Dans un quartier calme. Manque un lave vaisselle et lave linge. La terrasse n’est pas couverte, dommage car en Bretagne cela été bien pratique vue qu’il pleut souvent. Le ménage est un peu juste. Toiles d’araignée, cousins et revêtements du canapé sales. La literie du lit est convenable et le clic clac est vraiment confortable.

Ensemble correct

En voyant sur l'annonce "lave-linge partagé" nous pensions pouvoir en disposé librement, sans avoir à confier notre linge au propriétaire. De ce fait nous sommes rentrés avec plein de linge sale. Il faudrait le notifier plus clairement sur l'annonce, nous l'avons vécu comme une contrainte.

Positif : bien situé et calme.Idéal pour deux personnes. Négatif: sombre. Aucun état des lieux signé et une facture d'électricité au prix fort.
