In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Créances, 6 km from the centre of Lessay, 25 km from the centre of Coutances, 700 m from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: table tennis. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "LESSAY_Abbatiale" 4.5 km, sandy beach 4 km.
"La Salicorne", 3-room semi-detached house 63 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace, lawn 500 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in toller Unterkun

Es ist alles da, was wir im Urlaub schätzen. Sowohl im Haus als auch auf der Terrasse Eingezäunt ist der Garten auch, was toll für unseren Hund ist. Dazu ein Grill und Liegestühle für uns Unsere Vermieter waren unglaublich nett und freundlich, wir konnten uns trotz Sprachbarriere gut verständigen Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung und schönem eingezäunten Garten, was v.a. unserem Hund gefallen hat. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage an den Salzwiesen ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Zum Strand fährt man ca 10 Minuten, zur Bäckerei 5 Minuten und zum Supermarkt 10 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Angabe "700m bis zum Meer"...

Die Angabe "700m bis zum Meer" ist definitiv falsch und sollte dringend überprüft werden. Was bedeutet "Meer" und wie weit ist es wirklich bis dorthin. Unsere Erfahrung: mindestens ca. 3,5 km. Der Erhaltungszustand der Küchenutensilien war überwiegend mangelhaft. Größe der Unterkunft und Ausstattung scheint eher für zwei Personen geeignet.Garten super !!Sehr ruhiges Umfeld und daher auch erholsam.Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Viele interessante Ausflugsziele in erreichbarer Nähe.

Die Entfernungsangabe zum Meer ist korrekt. Bei Ebbe kann sich das Meer jedoch bis auf eine Distanz von ca. 3 km zurückziehen.

Sehr hübsches und gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und gepflegt, auch der Garten. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit. Im oberen Stockwerk war der Fußboden noch sehr staubig und mit vielen Haaren und Haarbüscheln unter dem Bett belegt, sodass wir zuerst den Staubsauger nutzen mussten. Auch die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sehr gepflegt.
