Beautiful, cosy resort "Résidence Dune Blanche". 500 m from the centre of Biscarrosse-Plage, 10 km from the centre of Biscarrosse, 30 km from the centre of Arcachon, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, road to cross, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace. In the complex: reception, breakfast room, WiFi, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Bread roll service, beverage service and breakfast (extra). Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Parc Segot" 19.6 km, sandy beach "Biscarrosse-Plage" 400 m, bathing lake "Etang de Cazaux et de Sanguinet" 6 km. Golf course (27 hole) 7 km. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: open small gallery with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. le logement en extérieur n'était pas comme sur la photo (pas de pelouse, extérieur pas sympa ) et donner sur une rue ou il y avait une boite de nuit créant des nuisances sonores tous les soirs. L ensemble était vieillissant et l'aspect du logement trop aseptisé et donc pas chaleureux . le prix n'est pas en adéquation avec la qualité du logement

Die Lage ist super, nah an Surfschule und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das war wirklich super! Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und schöne Geschäfte in der Nähe.

Tolle Lage an einem sehr schönen Ort!

Das Haus liegt prima direkt hinter der Düne am Strand. Gemeinschaftspool sehr schön, Mitarbeiter Rezeption sehr freundlich, toller Bäckerservice. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind prima. Innen sollte mal wieder gestrichen werden. Internetverbindung war sehr schlecht bzw. kaum vorhanden. Haus liegt an kleiner Straße, trotzdem war es nachts sehr laut, da viele Menschen vorbeilaufen und laut sind.

Tolle Lage an einem sehr schönen Ort

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders hilfreich waren Spül- und Waschmaschine. Lage ist super, direkt hinter den Dünen am Strand, der Gemeinschaftspool war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und bieten einen Bäckerservice an. Ein frischer Anstrich innen im Haus wäre jedoch nötig. Weiteres Manko war die Lautstärke - das Haus liegt direkt an einer kleinen Straße, die zur Ortsmitte führt - nachts waren häufig grölende Menschen unterwegs. Das Internet hat leider kaum funktioniert, trotz Reklamation. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Bonne Situation, confort correct

Les plus -La situation proche océan et correct par rapport au centre ville -Le parking -L appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé -La terrasse Les moins -Cabine de douche plastique ,salle de bain du haut un peu fragile et vétuste -La proximité de la piste cyclable et passage des piétons sur l entrée du jardin, certains roulent vite , surtout les vélos électriques , et il n ‘y a pas de portillons pour empêcher les jeunes enfants ou les animaux de compagnie de se retrouver sur la voie et de risquer de se faire renverser ou de faire tomber quelqu’un : il faudrait installer un portillon coulissant -également lieu de passage nocturne où certains crient en pleine nuit sans respect pour ceux qui dorment -le wifi inexistant, fausse promesse -la 4g inexistante à cause de la forte affluence -bacs pour les recyclables (verre et emballage) mal indiqués et trop éloignés Malgré tout l impression est bonne et je conseille mais certaines choses sont améliorables, je pense essentiellement à la sécurité (absence de portillon) et au wifi

Es war wirklich alles okay hier, wir haben die zwei Wochen Erholung am schönen Atlantik wirklich genossen! Von den Puppen-Kaffeetassen mal abgesehen, war auch im Haus alles bestens. Unter dem Strich war das Ganze aber einen Tick zu teuer. Und: Der Hundestrand war leider vergleichsweise weit weg.

Points + : Localisation à 2 pas de l'océan et de la piscine Points - : Nuissances sonores importantes (Piscine accessible même en pleine nuit, bars de la plage avec soirées très proches), aucun passage de surveillance dans la zone et donc débordements réguliers la nuit.

Appartement correct. Problème de connexion internet et de réseau télé. Situé dans un environnement très calme à l'écart du centre ville. Proche de l'océan. Séjour très agréable et ensoleillé. A refaire sans hésitation !
