Small, cosy resort "San Antoine". 6 houses in the residence. Below Monticello 1 km from the centre of L´Ile Rousse, on the outskirts, 24 km from the centre of Calvi, 68 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1.2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 950 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. Tennis 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
"San Antoine", 2-room terraced house 40 m2. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea, the countryside and L'Ile Rousse. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Location is fine, service isn't great

The place itself is comfortable & well-equipped - shared washing machine & grill, private dishwasher. Comfy bed and well-equpped kitchen. But service honestly isn't great. I indicated during booking that we will need bed linen & towels, and they weren't there. So we had to sleep one night without bedsheets & still got charged for it. The manager was sitting in front of our door at 9:45 waiting for us to checkout at 10:00

La petite maison est très fonctionnelle. Tout y est. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Lit confortable. Salle de bain au top. Vraiment, on ne peut que recommander cet endroit au calme sans oublier la sympathie de la propriétaire.

4 schöne Tage

Die FW liegt oberhalb von L'lle Rousse, ruhig mit etwas Meerblick. Für unseren Hund optimal, weil keine Straße ist und er selbstständig seine Gassirunde in der Natur machen konnte. Am Eingang eine nette Essmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Wände innerhalb der Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler machten das Leben leichter. Die Vermieterin freundlich, vielleicht etwas unpersönlich und sachlich. Alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Sehr schöner Sommerurlaub 2022

Wir sind mit unserer alten Hundedame angereist und waren über die Kühlmöglichkeit begeistert. Es gab im Haus alles was man braucht. Die Kaffeemaschine war in Wirklichkeit eine Maschine für Tabs (unsere mitgebrachten Filter und Kaffeepulver konnten wir daher nicht verwenden...). Ohne Google-Earth + - Maps hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht mit den Adressangaben gefunden... vor Ort fehlte an einer relevanten Stelle ein Wegweiser. Ein Außenpool wäre bei dem Preis noch toll gewesen...

Einfache und saubere Unterkunft

Gute Ausgangslage um die schönen Strände der Umgebung zu besuchen (ca. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auch für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz

Alles prima, nur einen Tag vor Abreise hat uns der Vermieter erklärt, das wir das Objekt spätestens 10:00 Uhr verlassen sollen und am Abreisetag gleich noch mal.
