Small, cosy resort "San Antoine". 6 houses in the residence. Below Monticello 1 km from the centre of L´Ile Rousse, on the outskirts, 24 km from the centre of Calvi, 68 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1.2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 950 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. Tennis 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
"San Antoine", 2-room terraced house 40 m2. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea, the countryside and L'Ile Rousse. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Gîte bien situé et confortable

Résidence bien située pour des excursions sur le nord de l'ile, gîte bien entretenu avec le confort minimum nécessaire. Conforme à l'annonce (sauf prix forfait ménage 35 au lieu de 20 noté sur annonce). Propriétaires discrets et sympathiques. Pour que cela soit parfait, il manque un espace lavage pour le linge, la possibilité de louer du linge de toilette et 1 ou 2 transats pour se relaxer sur la terrasse.
