Maison fonctionnelle proche de la plage

La maison a l'immense avantage d'ĂȘtre Ă  100 m de la plage, ce qui permet d'y aller Ă  pied. La rĂ©gion est trĂšs jolie avec de belles promenades possibles. La terrasse et le jardin sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables pour se poser. La maison est fonctionnelle, mĂȘme si un peu vieille et plus trĂšs propre. Elle gagnerait Ă  ĂȘtre rafraĂźchie. La procĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part (relevĂ© des compteurs) pourrait ĂȘtre facilitĂ©e. Une trĂšs belle semaine sur place.

NĂ€he zum Strand. BĂ€cker und Supermarkt zu Fuß in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar. Zum Haus gehört ein großes, kaum einsehbares, GrundstĂŒck.Vorsicht bei der Einfahrt auf das GrundstĂŒck! Sehr eng!!! Reisetipps: Restaurants ebenfalls in der NĂ€he. AusflĂŒge nach Vannes, an den Golf du Morbihan, zu den Dolmen und Menhiren bei Carnac, in das Waldgebiet BrocĂ©liande (Val sans retour) sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Das ganze Haus ist in einem Àl...

Das ganze Haus ist in einem Ă€ltlichen, rustikalen Stil, der langsam renoviert wird.Die HaushĂ€lfte mit Garten bietet viel Platz und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine isoliert ĂŒberdachte Terrasse, wodurch es dort auch bei der Mittagshitze noch angenehm ist.Die Betreuung ist sehr angenehm. Reisetipps: Alle touristischen AktivitĂ€ten können schnell mit einem Auto erreicht werden.Der Strand liegt nah am Haus und ist von sehr guter BadequalitĂ€t.Ein großer Supermarkt (SuperU) liegt 5min mit dem Auto in Sarzeau.
