Nur der Blick auf den See war gut

Bei Anreise hatte der Vermieter unsere Wohnung versehentlich schon an eine andere Familie übergeben und diese waren schon eingezogen. Nach einer Stunde war der andere Mieter wieder draußen aber die Toilette war schon benutzt. Darüber hinaus gab es unzählige Mängel: alle Türen klemmten extrem, am Wasserhahn der Dusche verbrüht man sich, der Backofen ging nicht und überall hängen Maßregeln. Die Vermieter nehmen das alles nicht ernst.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht voll Ihrem Erwartungen entsprach. Unser lokales Management bestätigte, dass ein bei der Schlüsselübergabe aufgetretenes Missverständnis innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort geklärt wurde. Die vorherigen Gäste waren nicht im Haus und hatten lediglich ihre Taschen im Wohnzimmer abgestellt. Eine schnelle Reinigung der Wohnung wurde angeboten, um Ihnen den gewünschten Komfort zu bieten. Die genannten Probleme mit den Türen, dem heißen Wasser und dem Backofen wurden leider während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht an unser Team vor Ort herangetragen, sodass davon ausgegangen wurde, alles sei in Ordnung. Nach Ihrem Aufenthalt wurden die Türen rasch repariert und der Boiler ausgetauscht. Wir schätzen jedes Feedback und nehmen dieses sehr ernst, um zukünftigen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Villa au calme, intérieur propre, confort et literie très bien, salle de bains a revoir (douche petite). La personne qui nous reçoit est charmante et très serviable. En un mot, nous sommes SATISFAITS ! MERCI.
