Cosy, rustic, comfortable country house "Antia", 500 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. 9 km from the centre of La Herradura, 12 km from the centre of Almuñécar, on a slope, 7.5 km from the sea. Private: property 16'000 m2 with trees, orchard, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace. Storeroom available. 400 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 9 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 7.5 km. Nearby attractions: Frigiliana, Nerja, Acuatropic, Granada, Acantilados de Maro, Málaga. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Valle de Lecrin, Sierra Almijara, Las Alpujarras. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), electric heating, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater and fan. Natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Hervorragende Einrichtung + Ausstattung; freundlicher Vermieter; traumhafte Aussicht; gepflegtes Haus mit vielen persönlichen Gegenständen. Die letzten 500/600m Anreiseweg, speziell nach Regen ausgewaschen, berg-auf berg-ab! Reisetipps: Einkaufsmögl. gut in La Herradura, Almonecar + Nerja, allerdings mind. 9 km mehr Anfahrt.Trinkwasser muss gekauft werden!! Hinweis wichtig vor Anreise.
