Wonderful private house with magnificent view

We loved our stay in House Ingrid. The location is a very small ruin village, with other old but beautiful houses. The view is incredible. It;s quiet, green and private. The house has got everyhting you need, the beds are comfortable and everything works on solar power. If we go back to that area of Switzerland, we would definitely stay here again!

Das Rustico liegt im ruhigen Dörfchen Navone. Mit dem Auto ist man in kurzer Zeit im Tal und kann so einkaufen oder auch AusflĂŒge unternehmen. Ein herrlicher Ort zum entspannen und die Ruhe und Natur geniessen.

Wer gerne wandert, Ruhe genießen möchte und entspannen will, ist an diesem Ort gut aufgehoben. Das Chalet bietet keinen Luxus, dies wird aber von der Schönheit der Lage ausgeglichen.

Een fijn huisje

Het huis is Fijn. Goed gelegen in een rustig dorpje. Het uitzicht is geweldig. Je kijkt mooi uit over het dal. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 5 personen. je zou er met 6 personen kunnen slapen al word het wel krap met stoelen binnen en buiten. De min puntjes zijn dat je niet veel privacy hebt als je buiten zit omdat de buurman (als hij er is) er pal naast woont zonder een afscheiding en er loopt een pad tussen het huis en het zitje. Dit pad word aardig veel gebruikt door wandelaars. er komen meerdere routes langs het huisje. Een ander min punt is het stroom. Opgewekt door 1 zonnepaneel. Je moet zuinig zijn, max 2 telefoons of 1 camera tegelijk opladen. Na een bewolkte dag en een regenachtige nacht was de accu bijna leeg. de dag erna regende het ook waardoor we die dag zonder stroom hebben gezeten. In de kelder staat wel een generatortje voor noodgebruik. Verder een heel fijn huisje. Een rustige buurt met veel activiteiten al moet je daarvoor wel een stuk rijden.

Ohne Rauchschwaden von dem Nachbarn Erholung Pur möglich.

Sehr gut gelegenes Haus leider sind die Nachbarn sehr egoistisch und betreiben dauernd Kamin oder Feuerschale so das immer eine starke RauchbelÀstigung zu gehen war. Das nimmt dieses Oblekt leider den Scharm eines Idyllischen Bergurlaubes.

Merveilleux petit hameau perdu dans la montagne, loin des tracas de la vie quotidienne, dans le silence et le chant des oiseaux ; presque les seuls habitants du lieu Ă  cette Ă©poque de l'annĂ©e, comment ne pas apprĂ©cier. De superbes randonnĂ©es pĂ©destres dans le Tessin sous le soleil et le repos au retour. L'accueil, tant Ă  l'arrivĂ©e qu'au dĂ©part, parfait. La maison elle-mĂȘme est trĂšs agrĂ©able et fort sombre (maison ancienne comme celles du village et donc petite fenĂȘtre) mais elle garde donc aussi la fraicheur 
 Seul bĂ©mol, la T.V. : 80% de chaines arabes ou africaines, 15 % italiennes et pas de postes francophones suisses permettant de capter la mĂ©tĂ©o locale essentielle pour les randonneurs et les nouvelles essentielles ! Seule 1 poste francophone 
 marocain 
 sur plus de 500 postes. Pour le wi-fi, allez au restaurant "La Posta" Ă  Malvaglia, trĂšs sympathique comme accueil. En tout Ă©tat de cause, je suis partant pour y revenir. Patrick

tolle Lage, sehr gute Betreuung durch die zustĂ€ndige Ansprechpartnerin. Wir noch nie so hilfsbereite Betreuung im Urlaub erfahren. Das Rustico ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Grill und LiegestĂŒhle sind vorhanden. Sehr schöne Natur, viele Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Anmerkung an Hundebesitzer: optimale Gegend, Wiesen, Wasser alles drumherum. Menschen sehr hundefreundlich und in Biasca gibt es eine top Tierklinik. Alles in Allem: sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Das rustikale Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub fernab vom stressigen Alltag benötigt. Insbesondere der Kamin und die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien machen GemĂŒtlichkeit bei jedem Wetter möglich. Zahlreiche Wanderungen können direkt vom Ferienhaus gestartet werden. Es handelt sich um einen traumhaft schönen Ort inmitten einer wirklich sehenswerten Landschaft. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch: bei der Beschreibung der Unterkunft sollte explizit darauf hingewiesen werden, dass ElektrogerĂ€te (wie ein Fön ) nur bis zu einer bestimmten Wattzahl betrieben werden können.
