Fenster, Türen, Schlösser alles sehr schwergängig, ein Fenster nicht schließbar, nur ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden, Grill hatte keinen Zug dabei kam ständig Rauch auf die Bediener, PIN vom Schlüsselsafe bei Ankunft geändert, mußte erst mühselig beim Vermieter erfragt werden

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca: Eltern mit Kind (4 Jahre) und Großeltern. Haben die Ruhe im und um das Haus und den schönen Pool genießen können. Wir haben insgesamt einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Wege zu den Stränden sind zwar weit, aber das war uns vorher schon bewusst.

Sehr schönes Haus mit grossem Pool. Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Sehr abgelegen, Auto ist notwendig. Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich.

heerlijk huis in rustige omgeving

Mooi ruim huis met airco in alle kamers. Schoon zwembad. Aardige eigenaar. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Ligt wat afgelegen, maar dus wel veel privacy.

Anreise verlief ohne Probleme hatten vorab Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer dieser war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Finca ist in einem guten Zustand. Sowohl innen als auch außen macht die Finca einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, man ist für sich. Es unktionierte alles ohne Probleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto ca 10/15 min .. Wir kommen auf jedenfall nochmal wieder.

Die Finca ist sehr schön ländlich gelegen. Morgens schnell in den Pool springen und danach das Frühstück genießen oder am Abend den BBQ Grill anschmeißen, kein Problem :)

die Beleuchtung in und um das Haus sollte regelmäßig kontrolliert werden. 6 Lampen in und am Haus hatten keine Funktion. Besonders lästig, wenn man im Dunkeln nach Hause kommt.

Ruhe PUR.Wir haben schon mehrere Male Häuser des Vermieters gebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden immer erfüllt.Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt.Die Gegend um Felanitx können wir nur empfehlen, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
