Villa Poc Rapallo
Ausstattung des Hauses schön mit liebe eingerichtet. Garten nicht so gross wie es auf den Fotos scheint, aber genügt.Haus nebenan ist ein Event Haus und wird vermietet für Hochzeiten. Je nach Gesellschaft wird es laut.Küchen Ausstattung dürfte etwas besser sein, wenig Wein und Prosecco Gläser. Weg zum Strand( San Michele) ist eine kleines Unterfangen weil die Strasse kein Trottoirs hat. Zum Glück gibt es eine Abkürzung aber mit vielen Treppenstufen!!

Authentiek huis met mooi uitzicht over de zee
Een ruim huis met veel kunst en retrostijl-elementen. Drie grote en één kleinere slaapkamer. Het uitzicht is prachtig, ook vanuit 2 van de 4 slaapkamers. De inrit naar het huis is heel stijl naar beneden met scherpe bochten. Best een uitdaging met een grotere auto. Het onderhoud laat te wensen over en de schoonmaak ook. Horren ontbreken, terwijl er wel veel muggen en midgets zijn. De keuken is klein en niet heel sfeervol, de rest van het huis heeft meer sfeer.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Schönes Haus, super Aussicht, Rapallo, das Meer und Santa Marghertita gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lediglich der fehlende Fussweg an der Straße zum Haus stellt ein kleines Manko dar, vor allem wenn man mit kleineren Kindern unterwegs wäre.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Wermutstropfen: Verkehrslärm, v.a Motoräder etc. auf der SS.1 können den Urlaubsgenuss trüben.Anfahrt: Die GPS–Daten stimmen nicht und das Navi nennt eine andere Straße.

Reisezeit Juni war für uns perfekt. Auch unser Hund hat sich total wohl gefühlt in dem großen geräumigen Haus. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Reisetipps: Ligurien lohnt die Reise, sehr sehenswert ist Genua. Schöne Bademöglichkeiten überall.
