Private: large, beautiful terraced garden, 3'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, fireplace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 30 m on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 19 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km. Pietrabruna - Nothing for weak nerves

The house and the surrounding area are incredibly beautiful. But first you have to get threre. The path to the house is incredibly narrow and steep. To get there you need a small car with a powerful engine and good nerves. But it's worth it.

Ein Traum mit perfekter Erholung

Wir können uns nur sehr herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Der Blick und die Ruhe sind unbeschreiblich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist der Hammer. Einzig das Wegbringen des Mülls ist eine Herausforderung, denn ich habe noch nie vorher Öffnungszeiten für Mülltonnen erlebt und das schmälert in der Tat etwas den Erholungsfaktor. Aber dafür kann nur die Kommune etwas . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekt!

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft! Natürlich ist es ein Naturhaus, aber das weiß man ja aus der Beschreibung! Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, tolle Aussicht, man kann vom Haus weg Wanderungen unternehmen, es ist alles da, was man braucht - und noch vieles mehr! In der Umgebung kann man wunderschöne Städtchen besichtigen, Olivenöl kaufen, an Strand gehen, und und und. Gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Blick auf Berge und Meer

Das Ferienhaus hat die perfekte Lage und einen super Pool, den wir keines Falls missen wollten. Die Einrichtung ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Deteil und Nostalgie ausgewählt. Es gibt für jede Tageszeit eine schattige Terasse und alle Fenster und die Tür sind mit Fliegengaze versehen, das ist super wichtig. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht gut gesäubert. Es wäre schade wenn dieses besondere Haus wegen mangelnder Pflege an Wert verliert. Wir hatten trotzdem eine super Zeit dort.

Schönes Haus in den Olivenbergen - Anfahrt braucht

Wirklich schönes altes Steinhäuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet mit absoluter Ruhe und guter Luft mitten in den Olivenhainen. Nur der Gärtner sollte sich mit etwas mehr Herzblut um die Blumen kümmern.

Traumhaft- für die Anfahrt braucht es Nerven und ein kleines Auto

Wunderschönes älteres Cottages hoch in den Olivenbergen. Super Aussicht, gute Luft. Alles zum Wohlfühlen. Nur um die Blumen rund ums Haus müsste der Gärtner besser schauen.

In die Jahre gekommenes schönes Haus

Leider empfanden wir es als schmutzig und eher in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus selbst und der Pool braucht keine Beschreibung, das ist schon Klasse aber heraushängende Steckdosen und die vielen Spinnweben waren unschön. Der Geschirrspüler spülte nicht richtig. Die sehr enge steile Treppe ist eher den schlanken Menschen vorbehalten. Das sind kleine Dinge, die abgestellt gehören. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Der Weg nach oben mit dem Auto ist eine Herausforderung für ungeübte Fahrer.

Traumhafter Ausblick, liebevoll arrangiertes Finca

Vorneweg: Die Lage und das Häuschen sind bezaubernd; spektakulärer Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer, frische saftige Feigen direkt vom Baum zum Frühstück, stimmungsvolles Abendessen im Freien. Wir (Erwachsene) und unsere Teenies haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen...! Organisatorisch gab es allerdings Wermutstropfen: die Schlüsselhalterin war unfreundlich, die elektronische Karte für Müllcontainer funktionierte nicht, mehrere Steckdosen waren beschädigt / unbrauchbar. Schade und unnötig.

Traumhafte Lage in absolut einsamer Umgebung

Tolles Ferienhaus, das bei schönem Wetter alle Möglichkeiten eröffnet. Pool ist wunderschön, Außenausstattung und Garten dito. Superruhige Lage mit schönen Wanderwegen direkt vor der Tür. Das Abschalten ist perfekt möglich, da Internet nur sehr schwach und WLAN gar nicht vorhanden ist.

Absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit

In abgeschiedenem Olivenhain nach 20 minütiger kurvenreicher Fahrt ein perfektes Domizil vorgefunden. Ruhe und Entschleunigung ohne Internet. Bei tollem Wetter spielt sich das Leben vor der Tür ab und der Pool ist traumhaft.

Wir kommen wieder!

Eigentlich sollte ich gar nicht so sehr schwärmen, sonst ist das nächste mal das Haus weg wenn ich hin will, aber es war super. Wir waren zu zweit im September da. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht, sogar ein Milchschäumer. Das Haus selber ist in perfektem Shabby Schick eingerichtet, an jeder Ecke gibt es was tolles zu entdecken. Ich hab mir viele Ideen für Zuhause geholt. Die Aussicht vom Infinity Pool: der Hammer. Die Auffahrt ist steil, aber schaffbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Seele baumeln lassen

Wir durften wieder eine Woche in der Casa verbringen und haben wunderschöne Spätsommertage verbracht. Der Pool, die Aussicht, die Mahlzeiten draußen... eigentlich will man gar nicht mehr weg. Hier ist man ganz für sich und eingebunden in die Natur. Apropos Natur... die Badebecken im Fluss San Lorenzo sind der Hit!

Un paradiso a pochi chilometri da casa

Trovata per caso durante la pandemia quando abbiamo capito che andare all'estero sarebbe stato un problema. E' una isola di paradiso isolata in mezzo agli ulivi. La piscina è perfetta! La strada per arrivare è stretta, ma noi genovesi siamo abituati a stradine al limite.L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile da parte di Sabrina che ci ha illustrato tutte le caratteristiche. La casa è volutamente priva di wi-fi e la TV riceve un solo canale italiano( e in vacanza questo non è un male). Bellissimo!

Trovata per caso durante la pandemia quando abbiamo capito che andare all'estero sarebbe stato un problema. E' una isola di paradiso isolata in mezzo agli ulivi. La piscina è perfetta! La strada per arrivare è stretta, ma noi genovesi siamo abituati a stradine al limite.L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile da parte di ... che ci ha illustrato tutte le caratteristiche. La casa è volutamente priva di wi-fi e la TV riceve un solo canale italiano( e in vacanza questo non è un male). Bellissimo!

Ein sehr schönes Bruchsteinhaus in absoluter Alleinlage mit rustikalem Charme. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten, sehr ruhigen und erhosamen Urlaub braucht. Perfekte Einführung bei Ankunft durch S. und T., die uns auch mit einem ligurischen Abend im Feriendomizil verwöhnt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa azzurra

Toller Pool und schöne Aussicht. Das Haus ist eher ländlich und rustikal. Da ich leider Allergiker bin etwas zu viele Hornissen. Alles in allem war es aber sehr entspannend und der Pool war mega, sowie die Einsamkeit und Ruhe beim Haus. Man hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten im Haus um nicht ständig fortfahren zu müssen da die Auffahrt zum Haus eher was für geübte Autofahrer ist. Fazit toller Urlaub

Perfekt

In, um und an dem Haus ist alles schön. Wenn man von dem etwas steilen und engen Anfahrtsweg zum Haus absieht, ist es das Paradies! Man kann es auf den Fotos schon erahnen, es wird dann aber von der Realität noch bei weitem übertroffen. Von der Bettwäsche bis zu den schönen und hochwertigen Küchenutensilien, Eßservice und richtig gutes Besteck ist alles perfekt und in allerbestem Zustand. Der schöne Pool ist dann noch die Krönung. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, vielen Dank nochmal an Sabina und ihre Kollegin.
