Private: property 100 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 20 m, railway station "San Remo" 7 km, sandy beach "Ospedaletti" 5 km. Marina 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Tolle Aussicht

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und saubere Wohnung. Moderner als auf den Bildern, allerdings an der Straße gelegen und einige Stufen zum Eingang. Sonst alles top und sehr empfehlenswert! Bäcker, Restaurant, Apotheke und Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Ins Zentrum kommt am besten mit dem Auto und nicht zu Fuß, wegen Verkehr und fehlendem Fußgängerweg. Hatten einen Hund dabei, die Vermieterin hat ebenfalls einen kleinen. Zwei getrennte Grundstücke.

Tolle Wohnung mit Traumterasse

Wichtigste Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach hat bestens funktioniert. Obwohl wir tagsüber über 30 Grad hatten waren die Räume abends und nachts angenehm, so dass die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage von uns nicht vermisst wurde. Die Highlights waren die Terrasse mit einmaligen Blick auf Stadt und Meer, sowie unsere Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar und super zuvorkommend! Einziger Nachteil, der Zugang ist durch Treppen für gehbehinderte sehr schwierig.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Mein Freund und ich waren 1 Woche bei M. in der Ferienwohnung. Es war traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist oberhalb, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und Sanremo, abends weht ein angenehmer Wind. M. ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, ganz herzlich! Die Ferienwohnung ist super, sauber und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Wir werden aufjedenfall nochmal vorbei kommen!

Tutto ottimo dall appartamento nuovo con tutti i servizi a disposizione  Ina terrazza con un panorama stupendo. La sig.ra M. molto gentile cordiale flessibile. Abita al piano di sopra quindi se necessitate di qualcosa è subito presente. Ma allo stesso tempo non invadente.  La.casa dista 10 minuti di macchina da sanremo..volendo vi è un bus che porta a Sanremo. Comoda x visitare. È troppo rilassante dalla terrazza vedere il mare e la costa.  La.casa è vicinissima dall uscita autostrada

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Die Wohnung war größer als erwartet, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. M. war zu jeder Zeit per what's App erreichbar. Man hat aber die absolute Privatsphäre in der Wohnung durch einen separaten Eingang und eigene Terrasse. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolle Aussicht

Tolles, sehr sauberes Apartment mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. M. ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, sie war sehr bemüht uns mit all unseren Fragen und Anliegen zu unterstützen. Das Apartment liegt direkt an einer Straße, den Lärm der Vespas sollte man im Sommer nicht unterschätzen. Ansonsten alles top!
