Der Check- in war super. Wir haben alles auf Anhieb gefunden.Wirklich unschlagbar war der sehr kurze Weg zum Bodensee.Alles andere wie Bäcker, Restaurants usw. ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht so wirklich toll. Es riecht dort sehr stark nach Schimmel. Die Wohnung ist sehr feucht und unsere Sachen waren es dementsprechend auch. Es gibt nicht mal einen Kleiderschrank wo man seine Sachen einräumen kann.Türen quellen auseinander und der Putz fällt von den Wänden durch die Feuchtigkeit. Die Terrasse wie im Inserat beschrieben war leider nicht so sehr einladend( Katastrophe trifft es eher )Vielleicht noch als kleinen Tip ,sollte man eine Jahreskarte für den Parkplatz vor der Insel den Gästen bereit stellen bzw anbieten.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie sich in der Wohnung nicht vollständig wohlgefühlt haben. Bei Themen wie Feuchtigkeit oder Geruch ist eine sofortige Information an uns entscheidend. Wir hätten umgehend reagiert und Ihnen bei Bedarf auch eine Umbuchung angeboten.
Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss und muss regelmäßig gut gelüftet werden. Erfolgt dies nicht ausreichend, kann sich ein modriger Geruch entwickeln. Unabhängig davon prüfen wir Ihr Feedback selbstverständlich nochmals.
Auch Ihre Anregung zur Parkplatzsituation nehmen wir mit auf.
