Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, parking on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, bus stop "Cala Murada" 1 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
"Matos", 4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm), air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Kasse Finca, mit allem was man braucht. Die Finca entspricht den beworbenen Fotos und istcwirklich schön. Ein Auto sollte man selber mitbringen, da sich der Weg zum Strand oder ach der nächste Ort etwas ziehen. Im ort yelber gibt es einen supermarkt und mehere Restaurants. Sehr guter und netter kontakt (auf englisch) zum Verwalter. Eigentümerin war beim kleinsten problem sofort erreichbar und da. Perfeker Service und prompte Lösung. Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus.

Tolle Finca

Die Finca ist wunderschön. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden (Küche, Handtücher usw...). Die Finca liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße bzw. Sackgasse in dem ohnehin kleinen Dorf Cala Murada. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist unfassbar schön. Der Außengrill ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das Design des ganzen Bereichs ist sehr edel (Wandfliesen, Außendusche, Sitz und Liegegelegenheiten). Die Gastgeberin Ana war immer erreichbar und bei allem hilfsbereit. Danke!

1 Schafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) ist ohne ACAussendusche ohne warmes Wasser, jedoch mit Toilette. Das Schlafzimmer im OG ist für ältere oder Gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet (Treppen, sehr hoher Einstieg in die Wanne)Dennoch unbedingt empfehlenswert!Ruhig mit hohem Erholungsfaktor.Mieter sollten englisch oder spanisch sprechen. Die sehr nette und immer zur Stelle stehende Betreuung des Hauses spricht kein Deutsch. Reisetipps: Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert. Supermarkt und einige Restaurants in derNähe. Strand von Cala Murada mittelmäßig. Viele schöne Badebuchten in der Umgebung. Beschilderung sehr gut. Anreisebeschreibung sehr gut.

Die Finca liegt wunderbar ruhi...

Die Finca liegt wunderbar ruhig. Der richtige Ort, um sich zu erholen und den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Es fehlt an nichts und die Vermieter sind immer für einen da,sollte es mal ein Problem geben. Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. Mal da und würden immer wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, damit man die Umgebung erkunden kann.

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsene...

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Außenbereich ist absolut perfekt, man hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und Liegen. Der Pool ist riesig und man kann sogar richtig schwimmen. Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig, kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants sind vorhanden, in den nächst größeren Supermarkt sind es ungefähr 10 km. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen.

Alles vorhanden.Bestens ausgestattet.Mehr geht eigentlich nicht.Sehr sauber.Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Reisetipps: Kleiner Spupermarkt in der Nähe.Großer SB In 10 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Zum örtlichen Strand 5Min. mit dem Auto.Im Ort ca 6 Lokale.

Rundum zufrieden, völlig problemlos

Eine großzügige, gepflegte Anlage, die 6 Personen allen Komfort bietet. Gut erreichbar, mit 3 Pkw-Stellplätzen auf der Anlage. Üppig ausgerüstete Küche, mit allen erforderlichen elktrischen Geräten. Pünktliche, freundliche Übergabe -nahme. Hier lässt sich der Urlaub auf Mallorca genießen.
