Italy Trip

We had a lovely stay in Villa Remotti. Our property managers were awesome and helped us at any given moment. We were two couples that were able to stay in one apartment (the one with the kitchen and living room). The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but really needs an oven or microwave. It is important for travelers to wash when staying in a VRBO. Although the washing machine was more than adequate, a dryer(electric) or bigger clothesline would be helpful, especially with more than 4 people. Some of the reviews said shopping and restaurants were within walking distance which they were not. Perhaps in your description of the property, it should be mentioned that it is two separate apartments (one without kitchen and living room.) Overall, Villa Remotti is a beautiful residence and was perfect for our needs.

Das Haus war großzügig, bis auf die Küche. Die Küche war sehr klein und hatte eine sehr schlechte Ausstattung: kaum genügend Teller und Gläser, von Kochutensilien gar nicht zu sprechen.

Die Verwalterfamilie machte alles um den Aufenthalt sehr gut zu machen. Das Haus ist gut und die Lage ruhig (es gibt Naturgeräusche nachts). Fliegengitter sorgen für gute Schlafqualität. Dorf mit allem was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht fußläufig erreichbar. Bei Anfahrt nicht auf Google Maps, sondern auf die Beschilderung verlassen! Beschreibung und Nebenkosten (es gibt keine) sollten überprüft werden.

Urlaub in Fubine

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, von einem großen Grundstück umgeben. Leider war die Küche nicht für die gebuchten 8 Personen ausgestattet, d.h. keine entsprechende Töpfe, Schüsseln, Gläser, Tassen und Kaffeemaschine. Der Grill war unbrauchbar. Die Möblierung der Zimmer war teilweise unvollständig (kein Schrank, keine Kommode, Bäder ohne Handtuchhalter, defekte Lüftung). Der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel war nicht vorgesehen. Trotz allem haben wir uns damit arrangiert und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Das Anwesen liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Randgebiet von Fubine. Pool und Tennisplatz konnte störungsfrei benutzt werden und befindet sich in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Der Zustand von Tennisplatz und Pool könnte jedoch verbessert werden. Die Küche ist für 8 Personen außerordentlich klein gehalten. Auch die Ausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein. Die Verwalterfamilie hat sich sehr um ein angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht.

Heerlijk huis, Riante kamers, kleinere keuken

Heerlijk ruim huis, met grote wnk en 2 slk met elk natte ruimte. 2e aparte deel met 2 slk ook met elk natte ruimte en grote vriezer, extra koelkast en wasmachine. Ventilatoren op de kamer, geen airco. Heerlijke buiten zitjes, tennisbaan en zwembad met ligbedden. Veel buitenruimte! Een paar kleinere nadelen, beperkt keuken(gerei), geen (combi)magnetron/ oven. In badkamer geen hangmogelijkheid voor handdoeken. Rustige ligging, iets ver van leukere plaatsjes in zuidelijke piemonte

Rust en ruimte

Echt genoten van onze vakantie in Villa Remotti. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de concierge en haar famile en kregen verse groenten uit de moestuin. De woning is heel proper met grote kamers telkens met een badkamer. De auto kon op een overdekte binnenkoer staan vlak voor onze woning. Het zwembad is prachtig en ligt in een grote tuin, zalig. Minder praktisch: zwembad is een heel eind lopen, kleine keuken met weinig gerei en 2 aparte ingangen voor de kamers. Een topplek!

Beginnersfoutjes?

Domein zeer mooi, in de omschrijving best wel te vermelden dat het even stappen is naar het zwembad (zeker met kleinere kinderen). Hondenhok in de tuin van het vakantieverblijf is vreemd, niet iedereen is een hondenliefhebber. Keukengerei zeer beperkt. Enkele werkzaamheden waren nog niet af (oprit, verlichting buiten). Geen vliegenramen! Wel een aanrader gezien de massa's muggen. WIFI zeer onstabiel.

The landlord added some kitchen utensils. The driveway will be finished in November 2020. WiFi has been checked, it works ine now.

SCHÖN UND RUHIG GELE'GEN

Die Villa liegt ca. 1,5 km außerhalb von Fubine, ruhig eingebettet inmitten von Weinbergen. Die Verwalter sind immer zur Stelle, helfen wo sie können. Ein großes Manko sind allerdings fehlende Handtuchhalterungen in den Bädern .
