Above Varenna 3.4 km from the centre of Varenna, 24 km from the centre of Lecco, 55 km from the centre of Como, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 1 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 300 m2, terraced garden (fenced), meadow, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Patio, garden furniture. In the house: sauna, steam room. 1.5 km long bumpy, narrow motor access (150 m via unmade road). 150 m footpath to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Shop 3.4 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach "Riva Gittana" 1 km, shingle beach "Bau Bau Beach" 4.5 km. Marina 3.4 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with hydro massage bath and heating stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table (160 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating, solar energy heating, air-conditioning. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Access to the house possible up to approx. 150 m. Very nice house and service

We're happy to see that all in the house were better or as expected compared to what was indicated in the listing. Our host was very friendly and helped us with luggage and more. One of our concerns was the lack of parking by the house, but really the parking is almost at the house and the car was safe there, even though it was on/by a public street. We'll be back!

Wunderschön in der Natur gelegen, tolle Ausstattung. Alles neu renoviert.Gianni ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit Innen sehr schick, alles was man braucht.Abends vor dem Ofen in der freistehenden Badewanne. Toll. Einige kleine Dinge - leider muss man das Auto etwas entfernt an der Straße parken- die Matratze war sehr hart- sie Sauna ist zu klein um sich zu legenInsgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden

Gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist perfekt für ein Paar, das in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchte. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses mit Dampfbad und Sauna. Sehr schöne großzügige Außenanlage. Von überall hat man einen wunderbaren uneingeschränkten Blick auf den See. Die Wanderwege beginnen in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch für Hundebesitzer

Das Haus ist ist bestens ausgestattet, es gibt absolut nichts, was fehlt. die Lage ist traumhaft schön und sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung lädt sowohl zum Wandern, als auch zum Baden im See ein. Freundlicher Empfang vor Ort . Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen.

Toller Wellnessausflug

Die Lage ist richtig gut sehr ruhig man ist für sich alleine und dir Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch. Des Wellnessangebot ist hervorragend. Was man vllcht bisschen verbessern kann sind die sitzmöbel passen nicht finde ich zu der restlichen Innenausstattung aber aufjedenfall sie reichlich vorhanden. Sowie des Bett war für uns zu hart. Was man vllcht auch noch hinzufügen kann wäre eine Außendusche des wäre nach einem Saunagang perfekt. Wi haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen
