Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Bellissimi 4 km from the centre of Dolcedo, 13 km from the centre of Imperia, on a slope, 11 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: well-kept garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to 200 m from the house. 200 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Supermarket 13 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 13 km, pebble beach "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 13 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. The complex has another 1 house for rent.
