In the district of Santa Brigida with 3 houses 5 km from the centre of Dolcedo, 9 km from the centre of Imperia, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 9 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced). In the house: burglar alarm system. 200 m long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 9 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 10 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 9 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, bathing lake "Lecchiore" 7 km. Sehr schöne Lage!

Das Haus liegt mit traumhafter Aussicht auf einer Anhöhe im Hinterland von Imperia. Konzeptionell schönes Anwesen mit einer etwas schwierigen Einfahrt. Leider waren die Liegen in sehr einfacher Ausführung und stark gebraucht. Sollte man mal erneuern. Der muffige Kellergeruch im gesamten Untergeschoss war auch durch intensives Lüften nicht wegzubekommen. Ein Aufenthalt, vor allem abends auf der Terrasse ist nur mit viel Insektenschutzmittel zu ertragen. Kein W-LAN! Keine deutsches TV!

Super Haus aber schreckliche Zufahrt

Das Haus ist wunderschön, komfortabel, modern und wirklich großzügig. Die Zufahrt zum Haus führt kilometerweit über steile kurvige teils unbefestigte Straßen. Es wird stellenweise so eng, dass nur ein Auto durchpasst aber es kommt Gegenverkehr. Daneben geht es dann mehrere hundert Meter steil bergab. Diese Anfahrt ist lebensgefährlich. Wir hatten überlegt den Urlaub abzubrechen weil es so schrecklich war. Es ist wirklich unmöglich sowas vorab nicht ausdrücklich zu erwähnen!!!!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Ausblick wirklich grandios und die Betreuung durch Daniel (Danke!) einfach klasse! Die Küchenausstattung war mehr als ausreichend, die Betten bequem und durch die Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses hatte man wirklich himmlische Ruhe...

Super huis

We zijn halverwege mei 2 week in dit huis op vakantie geweest. Het huis is super. Bovenop een behoorlijke heuvel uitkijkend over de andere heuvels en Imperia en de zee. Je kan heerlijk wandelen over de paden in de buurt. Restaurants zijn er ook voldoende. Het huis was lekker schoon en het bed was ook goed. We werden ontvangen door Daniel. Erg prettig en als we vragen hadden dan konden we hem altijd bellen. Heel erg bedankt Daniel.

Mooie comfortabele woning met prachtig uitzicht

Fijn huis met goede uitrusting. Goede bedden en fijne douches. Huis was schoon en prettige ontvangst door Helena. We hebben een mooie tijd gehad hier. Het is wel een lange smalle weg om er te komen vanuit de kust. Enig minpunt: er is geen wifi.

Super schön gelegen.....mit Blick auf Port Maurice und das Mittelmeer.... geht fast nicht besser. An der Einrichtung jedoch kann man(n) noch arbeiten :-( insbesondere in den Zimmern des Untergesschosses und der Dusche/WC (es fehlte an Abfalleimern und WC-Bürste, etc. Die Versorgung vor Ort durch E. war hervorragend - Grazie mille E.!
