Fantastic house, great view

We had a great stay at the villa. Everything is there and the pool is very nice, bigger then on the photo's. It's very relaxing and to get to the village is a 5 minuten drive, also to the beach. The premesis is very spacious and great with a dog! We felt very welcome, and the Olive Oil is fantastic!

Great place for a family with kids

Very nice house, well equiped, two showers and a washing maschine. The outdoor space is well designed and we spend most of the time outside, next to the pool. The location is beautiful and the owner very friendly. It ist only a short trip by car (5min.) to the lowly town of San Lorenzo al mare. We have small kids (one and three years old) and the place was perfect for us. Don't forged to buy a bottle of the owners excellent olive oil.

Für uns war es das wichtigste, dass die Hunde den ganzen Tag frei laufen konnten. Es war sehr sauber. Die Kinder fanden den Pool super und auf den supergemütlichen Sonnenliegen oder auf der Terrasse verweilt es sich gemütlich. Sonnenaufgänge von der Terrasse aus waren genauso fantastisch - wie der Panoramablick. Gute Anbindung für Einkäufe und Häfen gut. Tagesausflug nach Frankreich machbar. Einfach, aber alles nützlich. Vermieter sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit!

Een prima vakantiehuis met zwembad!

Ontvangst door een vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Een net vakantiehuis met een grote veranda zodat je altijd wel schaduw hebt. Een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving, die erg rustig is. In de omgeving zijn er voldoende leuke plaatsen om te bezoeken, aanraders zijn San Remo en Bussana Vecchia. Het zwembad (met zout water) geeft verkoeling bij de zonnige dagen.

Not worth of money

Place is dark and was poorly cleaned. There was mold in bathroom. Interior and furniture are outdated and place needs renovation. Usually when we have booked accommodation from Interhome our expectation have been fulfilled but this was a big disappointment. We moved to an another place after two days of stay.

The owner left his number to be contacted in case of issues during the stay, this included cleaning. Which can be redone to our guest's request if needed. Wunderbarer Ort, gut zum Entspannen

Besonders gut hat uns gefallen: - Nette Unterkunftgeber, die Wünsche und Beschwerden (soweit überhaupt vorhanden) sofort erledigt haben - Großes umzäuntes Grundstück - Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit TV (deutsches TV verfügbar), Klimaanlage, 2 Bäder - Liegen, Tischtennis, -fußball, Grill, Hundepool ... alles im top Zustand - Schöner Pool mit Außendusche - Großer Platz für den PKW im umzäunten Bereich - ruhige Lage - Wege direkt vom Haus weg, um mit den Hunden spazieren zu können

Villa Matisse: top für Hundebesitzer!

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Matisse mit unseren 2 sehr großen Hunden verbracht und waren von der Unterkunft und der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter begeistert. Unsere Hunde haben sich im hundesicher eingezäunten Garten von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch gelegentliches Bellen störte niemanden. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter ging so weit, uns, die wir mit den Auto in eine aussichtslosen Lage gekommen waren, aus dieser zu befreien. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund

Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und das Ferienhaus bietet alles, um unabhängig von Restaurants und Meer die Zeit mit Familie und Hund zu genießen. Das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück ist perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hunden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und draußen steht zusätzlich ein schöner Grill. Mit Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker und großem Pool ist für Abwechslung gesorgt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Danke!

Tolle Lage und freundliche Gastgeber

In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man am Meer. Auto unbedingt notwendig. Das Haus inkl. Grundstück ist gross. Das Hause interior ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da haben wir ein paar Mängel gesehen. Damit konnten wir aber gut leben. Die Vermieter sieht man nur zur An und Abreise. Hat uns gut gefallen. Für Fragen stehen sie jederzeit zur Verfügung. Check in und Check out problemlos. Sehr freundlich!

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir sind ausserordentlich freundlich empfangen worden. Wir waren über die Grösse der Anlage überrascht, und die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Schnell am Meer und schöne Wege für Spaziergänge vom Haus aus. Dies alles entschädigt für den stetigen "Lärmpegel" der Autobahn Richtung Meer. Wir werden wieder kommen. Auch unsere kleine Havaneserin (Hund) hat sich Hundewohl gefühlt!

Günstige Lage für Ausflüge. Man ist schnell im Zentrum von San Lorenzo al mare. Vom dortigen kostenlosen Parkplatz sind zu Fuß in fünf Minuten 6-7 Restaurants erreichbar, ebenso einige Geschäfte und der Wochenmarkt.

Mooie vakantiewoning met wat gebreken. Wasmachine heeft een defect, keukenkast vaatwasser heeft schade. Badkamer uitrusting is na te zien en te herstellen. Beddengoed/handdoeken mogen vernieuwd. Grote hondenspeelweide aanwezig. Groot terras, rustige omgeving en toch betrekkelijk kort met het centrum. Prachtige pergola/zithoek. In de woning is geen zithoek aanwezig. Is zeker een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis om de regio te bezoeken. Klantenservice ter plaatse is flexibel en spreekt ook Engels.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. Nevertheless, thanks to your comments, improvements were able to be made. A new washing machine has now been installed, as well as a brand new dishwasher. New sets of linen and towels have also been provided and the bathroom was checked, improved and confirmed to be fine.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Hund

Tolle Unterkunft und großartige Umgebung für Reisende mit Hunden. Wir haben ein Video gemacht ... Nette Vermieter, sind sehr hilfsbereit und man kann von Ihnen sehr gutes Olivenöl und selbst gemachten Wein erwerben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön abse...

Das Haus liegt sehr schön abseits in den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer und leider auch auf die Autobahn, was aber zu verschmerzen ist. Wunderschöne Terrasse. Für Hundebesitzer optimal, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und in San Lorenzo gibt es einen großen und sehr sauberen Hundestrand. Mountainbiker, Bike mitnehmen der Berg ruft ! Reisetipps: San Lorenzo ist ein schönes Städtchen, liegt zentral zwischen Imperia (einkaufen mit Märkten und Einkaufspassagen) und San Remo. Viele kleine Bergdörfer mitWanderwegen, Flüsse mit Bademöglichkeit und guten Restaurants in der Nähe.
