Spät angekommen und dann das. Die Betten nicht bezogen Keine Handtücher im Zimmer. Der Kühlschrank schimmelig und nicht zu gebrauchen. Am nächsten Tag sind die Reinigungskräfte gekommen. Ohne zu frage

Es tut mir leid, das der Kühlschrank wie sonst nicht offen gelassen wurde. Auch das die Betten nicht bezogen wurden. Der Kühlschrank ist neu, ich wüsste nicht warum Sie in nicht gebrauchen konnten. Daher habe ich sofort die Reinigungsfirma beauftragt, um alles in Ordnung zu bringen. Sie haben zusätzlich noch eine Entschädigung bekommen. Ich verstehe nicht warum Sie dann immer noch unzufrieden waren.
