- 1st floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

- 2nd floor: bedroom with en-suite bathroom.



The house offers all the essentials: Wi-Fi, TV, children’s games, crib, high chair, and more. Feel free to contact me through the booking platform if you need extra sleeping arrangements.



Located just steps from monuments, the Canal du Midi, lively streets, concerts, restaurants, and shops, this home immerses you in Agde’s authentic atmosphere. In less than ten minutes by car, you’ll reach more than ten beaches, from Cap d’Agde to Marseillan, including Le Grau, La Tamarissière, and Vias. Discover fine sand, volcanic coves, and unspoiled nature along a diverse coastline. With the train station and bus stops nearby, exploring the region is easy. For drivers, Place du Dr Joseph Picheire is ideal for drop-off, but spaces are limited. We recommend the free Moulin des Évêques parking, close by. Non-smoking house.
