With 45 sqm, the apartment is located in the historic center of the Altstrehlen district in a beautiful manor house, providing a very quiet setting in the park.



Please note: As this is a traditional multi-family house, occasional sounds from neighboring apartments may be heard. The nearest bus, tram, and S-Bahn stops are only a few minutes away. The main train station and city center are 5 minutes away by car or about 10 minutes by public transport.



The living room is perfect for relaxing evenings and features a compact but fully equipped kitchenette – with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove, fridge, and spices. Ruhige und ländliche Lage in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben

Pros: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Bäcker, DM, Konsum. Bus und Bahnverbindungen in die Stadt in 5inuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Cons: Die Wohnung war dunkel auch tagsüber musste man das Licht anmachen.

Süße kleine Wohnung in perfekter zentraler Lage am Wasaplatz.

Pros: ruhige Lage Lage am Wasaplatz aber trotzdem mitten in der Stadt. Cons: Leider etwas hellhörig
