DESCRIPTION OF THE RESIDENCE AND APARTMENT
Small residence (22 apartments) recently built with pool.
Apartment for up to 6 persons on the 1st floor with elevator:
3 bedrooms: 2 with matrimonial bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Both have large wardrobes. The beds are new and comfortable.
2 bathrooms each with bath and bidet.
1 living room with air conditioning. bay window overlooking the terrace.
1 equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
WI-FI - Satellite TV French channels.
Linen, bed linen and towels can be provided for a small fee.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

LOCATION
The residence is located in the municipality of El Campello, about 400 meters from the beach of Muchavista in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and small shops nearby. The French school is less than twenty minutes.
The range starts Muchavista in El Campello and then continue for about 6/7 kms to Alicante. A beautiful promenade planted beautiful date palms and adjoins the many joggers will make their jogging. In the evening, summer, small "chiringitos" mounted on the beach offer you a drink while listening to music at very reasonable prices.
The residence is located near the city of Alicante (12 kms) and the village of El Campello (15/20 minutes walk).
It very easy to access, the entrance to the AP7 motorway and the motorway to Alicante and the airport located just 2 km.

OTHER AMENITIES:
Alicante is very well served by a large international airport with low cost lines you can reach in 20 minutes from the residence (22 kms).
A railway station with regular services to Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid is in the city center (20 minutes from the residence).
A streetcar stop is 500m, which means that the car is not really indispensably The tram will take you to Alicante city center and also to El Campello where there the small coastal train will take you to Benidorm 40 km and then to Altea, Calpe and Denia.
A large Carrefour shopping center is 5 minutes by car.

Right from the first step to the last step, communication was quick and informative.The apartment comes fully equipped and I mean fully, even down to a sewing kit. The kitchen had everything you could need for a long or short stay.It was clean, neat and tidy and comes with hairdryers, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machines and so on.I can't think of a thing that was missing.The location has a couple of restaurants down the street and is only a few minutes from the beach, promenade and tram station.It has easy access in and out of the block, is just on the first floor but there is a lift if you need it.There were a few cold evenings outside and a couple of storms passing though but inside was always warm and with the gas central heating, a real treat compared to some rental places.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it at any time of year.Thanks Michel, I enjoyed being there a lot.

Great apartment.

Great and peaceful apartment. The owner is helpful and you always get an answer to things. On the spot, Eric takes care of things nicely and explains the customs of the house. The train stop nearby makes it easier to move around the area.

Well equipped and laid out property in a great location. We stayed over the winter and found the heating (not available in most Spanish properties) very useful. Michel & Martine responded quickly and resolved the minor issues in a timely fashion.

Ruim, schoon modern. Alles aanwezig. Vlakbij openbaar vervoer naar centrum el Campello en Alicante. Voor gasten die slecht ter been zijn minder geschikt: vanaf strand een heuvel oplopen.

Mieszkanie jest usytuowane w bardzo spokojnej okolicy około 450 m od morza. Wnętrza są w dobrym standardzie, a w mieszkanie jest wszystko co potrzeba. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny - udostępnił nam nawet garaż dla przechowywania rowerów. Trochę daleko (jak na Hiszpanię) do sklepów spożywczych i restauracji (około 800m). Madame, Si vous aviez bien lu l'annonce vous auriez vu que la climatisation n'était que dans le salon et que toutes les chambres étaient équipées de ventilateurs de plafond. Personne ne s'est plaint de la chaleur jusqu'à présent. Mais un séjour à Alicante au mois d'Aout n'est pas un séjour à la montagne! Quant à la vue, si l'appartement est très proche de la belle plage Mucha vista, je n'indique nulle part qu'il y a vue sur la mer. Vous avez eu, incompréhensiblement, une attitude hostile dès que j'ai accepté votre réservation. Votre commentaire ne m'étonne pas . Heureusement la grande majorité des vacanciers ont été jusqu'à aujourd'hui très satisfaits .

Confort et emplacement

Nous avons séjourné deux mois dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé près de la plage Muchavista et de sa magnifique promenade. Nous n’avions pas de véhicule et tout peut se faire à pied. Le tramway est accessible facilement, de même que le bus #21 qui s’est avéré fort pratique pour faire le marché. L’appartement est spacieux et possède toutes les commodités. Les lits sont confortables, tant pour la chambre principale que pour celle des invités. Michel, le propriétaire, a répondu rapidement et avec grande efficacité à toutes les préoccupations que nous avons pu avoir lors de notre séjour.

Le séjour agréable

Tout est conforme à l'annonce, le plus est la machine à laver avec séchage et la tv française. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré 3 jours de tempête exceptionnelle. Un seul hic est le matelas ou le sommier de la chambre principale qui est vraiment très bruyant lorsqu'on s'y assoit. A part celà, tout est appréciable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Cet appartement est très agréable, situé dans une résidence sécurisée au calme, piscine et communs très bien entretenus. Le propriétaire est très disponible . La localisation de l’appartement est bien situé, environ 5 minutes à pied de la grande plage, et 20/30 minutes à pied du centre d’El Campello pour se promener le soir . Le supermarché Mercadona est situé à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Cet appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme.il y a de la place pour garer la voiture La piscine est agréable et aussi très peu de nageurs Un peu de marche pour aller à la plage (300M) mais très belle, large et très longue. L appartement est très bien, 1er étage et vraiment complet. Pas de clim dans les chambres mais heureusement des ventilateurs Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au calme avec un temps magnifique

Superbe séjour à El Campello

L'appartement est très joli, spacieux et décoré avec goût . La piscine est de très bonne dimension et peu fréquentée par les residents. C'est appartement se situe dans une rue calme, d'où le peu de bruit et donc le repos complet . Merci à Michel pour la communication, ainsi que sur la précision des explications et des détails aux alentours de la location. Nous recommandons fortement cette location pour le repos et pour découvrir cette magnifique région d'Alicante. Laurent

The apartment was well equipped write down to beach chairs,being English would have been nice to have had some English TV or a DVD player.but not the end of the world. I would recommend and book again

El apartamento obedecía totalmente a lo descrito en el anuncio. Muy bien equipado y amueblado correctamente. El aire acondicionado en el salón y los ventiladores en las habitaciones nos permitieron descansar comodamente. La piscina perfecta para su disfrute con un horario amplio. Está bien situado con fácil acceso y en una zona tranquila de Campello. Lo recomendaré sin duda a mis amigos.

Nous avons passé 6 semaines dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. Cuisine fonctionnelle bien équipée avec un très grand frigo qui doit être apprécié en plein été.1 chambre avec lit de 160cm et une avec lit 140cm + chambre avec lits séparés. literie confortable. 2 salles de bains.Grand salon séjour de style moderne (TV avec chaînes françaises très appréciées pour une longue durée) - petite terrasse certainement agréable en été. Piscine au sein de la copropriété (3 niveaux avec ascenseur). A 5mn de la mer et d'un arrêt de tram qui nous permet d'aller à Alicante ou Benidorm. Bord de mer avec promenade de 7km, bordé de palmiers et de bancs. A noter tout spécialement l'amabilité et la réactivité du propriétaire, qui bien que n'habitant pas sur place, répond dans les minutes qui suivent lors de l'envoi d'un mail et cherche avant tout à satisfaire les "locataires" Location à recommander

Flott leilighet i rolig område nær en fantastisk strand!

Stor og god leilighet med balkon og tilgang på basseng, i gåavstand til en stor og fin strand. Bassenget var desverre stengt på grunn av vedlikehold, men eier ordnet opp og vi fikk refundert deler av leien. Hyggelig velkomst og kjapp og god dialog hele tiden. Kommer gjerne igjen og anbefales veldig! Fabraquer/El Campello var også en flott plass. Trikken var enkel å bruke - både til Benidorm og Allicante.
