With 95 square metres of space, the Emmi Holiday Home accommodates up to 6 people and perfectly combines tranquility with proximity to the town centre. With its tasteful furnishings and fantastic location in Hooksiel, it’s the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

As soon as you enter the house, you’ll be greeted by a light-filled, inviting living room that captivates with its large, round window. Here, you’ll be gently awakened by the morning sun shining on your face, creating a cosy atmosphere. The cosy sofa area and comfortable armchairs invite you to enjoy TV nights together or relaxing reading sessions. It’s a space that brings people together—whether you’re spending time together or each seeking some quiet time on your own.

Right next to the living room is the dining area, which forms the heart of the home.
At the large dining table, which seats 6 people, you can enjoy convivial meals and engaging conversations.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want—ideal for hassle-free self-catering on holiday. Cook your favourite dishes while the others sit comfortably together within sight, chatting—here, everyone is together yet free to enjoy their own space.

The narrow hallway leads you to the lower bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and toilet. It’s perfect for a quick refresh in between.

A sturdy wooden staircase takes you to the ground floor, where the spacious master bedroom is located. The rustic wooden bed (180x200 single mattress) and the spacious closet give the room a cosy, homely feel that will make you feel right at home.

This floor also features the second bathroom, which will impress you with its size and amenities.

The large, walk-in shower offers refreshing shower experiences, while the bathtub is perfect for moments of relaxation. Whether it’s a quick shower after a day at the beach or a soothing bubble bath in the evening—this bathroom has everything you could want.
Conveniently, there’s a washing machine in the bathroom, providing the comfort you need during your holiday.

Two more cosy bedrooms await you on the second floor.
One is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 single mattress), while the other features two single beds—ideal for children or additional guests.
Both rooms are equipped with dressers for your laundry and seating, so you’ll find a quiet place to relax here as well.
A small hallway offers additional storage space with a closet and a clothes rack.

All bedrooms are equipped with exterior shutters to ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.

Our holiday rental is ideal for families with small children! A cot and a high chair are available free of charge during your stay, so you can travel with peace of mind.

A highlight of the Emmi holiday home is the terrace, beautifully nestled among the greenery. It offers a wonderful place to unwind—whether over breakfast in the morning sun or with a glass of wine in the evening. Here you can wind down the day in peace and enjoy the birdsong.

For perfect days at the beach, you’ll also have your own beach chair available at Beach House 1. Treat yourself to a break here while you let your gaze wander over the sea and enjoy the fresh North Sea air to the fullest.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary technical issues, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each Premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 tea towels.
The municipal guest tax (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the visitor’s tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your reservation, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
