Great getaway
Rustic and cozy with amenities close by. Great view. Quiet but close to town. Very clean and comfortable. Great host and hostess. Will recommend to our friends and relatives. Even accommodations for our dog. One suggestion-/a card table for jigsaw puzzle working.

Clean, well-stocked, but some disappointment
First the good, interior pics are very representative. Cozy with portions of the interior recently updated. Immaculately clean. Hosts are excellent communicators, kind, and thoughtful. They contacted us to offer complimentary early and late check-in/out without our request for either. The creek running by the property is charming, but it is hard to fish from the property itself. The kitchen and other cabinets are well-stocked. Things we were disappointed in that caused us to leave 4 instead of 5 stars: Metal folding chairs at the kitchen table. Unpleasant for game time, which for us was hours. The neighborhood is lower income and sketchy, with most properties having alarms/cameras. The view of the creek was not as pictured as it is currently winter, so there were no leaves. This allowed a view of several other homes; the one across the way had a rundown shed and cluttered yard. Not the view we were hoping for. This would have likely been a 5-star review had we gone in any other season than winter. We recognize that most of this is not controlled by the owner.

Another fantastic stay
This is my second time staying on this property. The home was impeccably clean and welcoming. Such a cozy little spot in a beautiful setting. Love the fireplace and the deck! The location is close to so many great sights, shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Easy secluded access with babbling brook
The early autumn Moris Creek waterfront setting was absolutely gorgeous. The home has covered and uncovered outdoor seating with a bright updated interior. Immaculate and comfy with a fully appointed kitchen. The propane stove added coziness and the full internet accessibility was well received! 😍. I'm unsure where 4 adults would sleep, given one bed and two loveseats, but it worked for us and I highly recommend this host and this property.

My wife and I live in Sequim, WA with our golder retriever named Bear. We enjoy hiking and horseback riding in Olympic National Park. We also enjoy sailing, flying and travel.

Why they chose this property

What we enjoy the most about our cabin is sitting out under the trees watching the birds and other wildlife that frequent the creek and the wonderful sound of cascading water flowing down the creek.
