The apartment is opposite the Auditorium and the National Theatre of Catalonia, near metro stations and Glories Monumental Line 2 Line 1 . And near the Sagrada Familia and Plaza de Toros Monumental.

It has two bedrooms one double and one with bunk beds comfortable single 1.90 cm by 0.90 and a sofa bed in the dining room.

The living room has TV, HIFI,PC with functional decor . Free WiFi.

The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and 15 minutes walk to the beach or Olympic Village and 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya.

Convenient and quiet.

The apartment is basic but is located conveniently to La Sagrada and the metro stop, which made getting around Barcelona very easy. The beds are comfy and the apartment is located in the back of the building so no street noise. Carolina was very helpful with her instructions on locating the property.

We really enjoyed our stay! We appreciated Miguel and Carolina’s prompt communication and clear instructions. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, it was great having a washing machine, the AC cooled the apartment quickly, and they even provided some croissants and breakfast beverages! We were able to walk easily to La Sagrada Familia, and took cabs to the beach and Las Ramblas. Thank you so much for making our stay so great!

Convenient Location

The apartment is compact, but did everything we needed it to do. It had all the amenities as listed. We had no issues with the air conditioning as a few others had mentioned. We did have a glitch with the hot water, but when we spaced out our showers, there was no problem. Miguel and Carolina were communicative, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, as it was conveniently located for where we wanted to go. Thanks Miguel and Carolina!

Good location, reasonable price, but...

The hot water was very hot when it worked, but at times stopped in the middle of a shower and not coming back for over five minutes. The shower stall is very small, and slippery, with no bath mat provided, even after sending the caretaker a note. One of the air conditioners leaked water, probably condensate. This wasn't a big problem, but should be investigated. The caretaker Carolina was nice about getting us into the apartment as early as possible. It is best to reach her on WhatsApp.

Thank you very much for your kind review.We regret the absence of a mat bathroom, it was an oversight on our part. The bathroom mat has already been replaced. We found the air conditioning at 19 degrees, the authorities in Barcelona insist that the air conditioning not go below 23 degrees. The Apartment has 2 independent splits for 48 m2, 19 degrees is excessive, even for Barcelona. The shower has a mixer that regulates the temperature from cold to hot by moving it laterally until you find the ideal temperature.Thank you so much

A Neat Little Apt. In Barcelona

Ideal location for music lovers, with Auditori and National Theatre of Catalonia steps away. And, don't forget the flea market at nearby Glories station, one of the biggest, most varied I've ever seen. This is a small but comfortable apt. centrally located and only a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia and two Metro stops. The twin bunks and master bedroom with a queen bed make it perfect for families with up to 2 kids, and using the sofabed could squeeze in two more little tykes. Though small, the kitchen has everything you need for a visit to BCN, and the bedroom holds a large and comfortable queen bed with nice reading lights perfectly positioned on its headboard. The bathroom is clean and modern but small, and people over 5'8" a/o 180 lbs. will have a VERY tight fit into the tiny shower, though its water pressure and temps are good. The TV and WiFi both worked fine, and the apartment was quiet at all hours of the day. Miguel and his sister Carolina were friendly, responsive, and helpful, and responded promptly to my requests, both before and during my rental. In all, a good bargain in Barcelona!

The lady who let us in was very friendly and helpful. She explained to me the do and don’t of the apartment, which was pretty straightforward. Some of the issues we had was the showerhead falling off and almost hitting my son in the head. Also, the air conditioning in the hallway leaking water, I believe because the condensation line was blocked and the water went all over our shoes. When I try to explain this to the owner and sent him pictures, he told me it was my fault because I turned the temperature to low. I have no idea how to adjust the temperature. I was only turning it on and off like I was told in the beginning. I also suggested his washing machine was not working properly, so we did not use it. The situation turned, when I asked him I should be compensated for the shoes that were ruined, his response. I would not charge you any extra because you made me call a technician for no reason. I don’t understand his reasoning, and I don’t have time to go back-and-forth with him. I’ll just take it up with my credit card company.

Bonjour, A l'arrivée le Taxi très sympa, vous pouvez lui demander de revenir vous chercher pour le retour. Balades dans Barcelone a pied, vous êtes sur de voir plein de choses. Les monuments sont vraiment magnifiques, nous avons fait le choix des œuvres de Gaudi, c'était juste extraordinaire.

Alles super schön

Check in war super. Carolina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles aufgeklärt. Die Wohnung ist trotz fehlender Sonnenlicht genügend hell. Die Entfernung zum Strand und Stadtzentrum etwa 2,3 km. zu Fuß ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Wir sind sehr zufrieden ind werden das weiter empfehlen.

Cet appartement est très bien placé pour visiter Barcelone à pied ou en utilisant les transports en commun qui sont à quelques minutes seulement. Il est d'une propreté impeccable et bien équipé. La literie est confortable et surtout il n'y a pas de bruit, ce qui est très appréciable car il ne donne pas sur la rue. La rue de Ribes est très sympathique et animée dès qu'on marche un peu au-delà de la partie résidentielle. Nous avons eu d'excellents contacts avec Miguel et Carolina qui ont toujours fait le maximum pour répondre à nos questions avec une grande disponibilité et beaucoup de gentillesse. Ils se sont adaptés à nos horaires d'avion qui étaient vraiment décalés et nous les en remercions. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.

Excelente apartamento y Carolina tremenda anfitriona siempre pendiente a nosotros. El apartamento es excelente para un matrimonio con 2 o 3 hijos. Todo bastante cerca y hay transporte público cerca. Recomendado.

Location was excellent!

This apartment allowed us to explore Barcelona on foot in four different directions. The only taxi we needed to take was to Sants-Mont Juic. Our host was able to communicate and give excellent advice in English. The city is beautiful and has so much to offer we didn’t expect. A great stay.

Overall our stay was an amazing experience that couldn’t have gone any smoother. We were greeted by Miguel’s niece who was extremely helpful with getting us acclimated into the apartment. The apartment was spotless apon arrival and all necessary information about WiFi, safety precautions, as well as other important information was provided in a convenient binder. Miguel was extremely helpful prior to our stay with directions and abundance of information regarding the city. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk to major hot-spots of the city such as the church La Sagrada Familia. It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment and can’t wait to do it again sometime soon!

L'appartement est en tout point conforme à la description. Il est trés bien situé (à proximité du métro, des commerces et même de la vieille ville qui est accessible à pieds) et trés agréable! A wonderful and cosy home away from home

You can't be wrong when you book this wonderful apartment in terms of value for money, excellent location and nearby supermarkets ( if you want to do some cooking ). It's very hard not to like the owner, Mr Miguel, who is very kind, helpful and ever ready to assist if you need any information. All these have made our stay (10 days) in Barcelona a very memorable experience.

Miguel made us feel extremely welcome. He had a plate of delicious chorizo for us on arrival, and the fridge was stocked with water, milk, juice, soft drink and beer. Miguel is also very well prepared for visitors with a file folder containing useful information and maps, as well as providing a laptop for our use. The location is quite good being within 5 minutes walk to a metro station, about 15 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia and about 20 minutes walk to the beach. There is a supermarket on the same street and numerous restaurants and cafés nearby.

Great place with a fantastic location

Great place with a fantastic location away from the busy tourist areas. Walking never took us more then 20 mins to reach the important attractions. Miguel was great and extremely helpful with recommendations of where to eat and how to get around. Even had a pack of local beer nice and cold waiting for us in the fridge. Highly recommend if planning to go to Barcelona.
