Holiday Rental No. 02 is furnished in a charming country house style and features a separate entrance. With a floor area of approximately 90 square metres, the apartment spans two levels—the upper floor and the attic—and is ideal for up to 4 people (an extra bed for a 5th and 6th on the sleeper sofa in the reading room) and is spread over two levels.
On the upper level, you’ll find a spacious entryway with seating and a closet, a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a stereo system, a CD player, a smart TV, a DVD player, and a selection of DVDs. There is also a well-stocked library and a variety of games. The fully equipped country-style kitchen has everything you could want: Here you’ll find an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large separate refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a fully automatic coffee machine, an egg cooker, a toaster, an air fryer, a tabletop grill with a raclette function, and much more.
Also on the upper floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a safe, and a flat-screen TV that can be folded out if needed. An ironing board and iron are also available for your use. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, shower, two sinks, a toilet, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rack. A hair dryer, a magnifying mirror, cleaning supplies, and a first-aid kit are also provided. An additional guest bathroom completes the bathroom facilities.
The holiday rental has central heating year-round. In addition, the wood-burning stove in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere. The large south-facing balcony offers a fantastic ocean view and is furnished with wicker chairs, a table, cushions, and a large awning.
In the attic, there is another bedroom with two box-spring beds—which can be pushed together if needed—as well as a chest of drawers. The adjoining reading room can also be used as a third bedroom and features a high-quality pull-out couch with a slatted frame as well as a chest of drawers. Both rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
Outside the holiday rental, you have access to your own private, enclosed garden area. Here you’ll find your own beach chair, a dining table with modern garden chairs and cushions, as well as a children’s swing and a barbecue area. Thanks to the southwest-facing orientation, you can enjoy the evening sun here. The adjacent carport provides space for your bicycles and a parking spot for your car. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
