The holiday rental is modern, cosy, and lovingly furnished. It has a separate entrance and is quietly located in the courtyard of the owner’s property. Each unit comes with a terrace and a free parking space.

• You can store your own bicycles here, or you can use our basic bicycles free of charge during your stay with us; 2 bicycles are available for each apartment;

• The initial supply of bed linens is included in the rental price;

• Pets are not allowed;

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is permitted only under constant supervision and with someone present (fire and explosion hazard)

• Guests may use DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the holiday rental guaranteed under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or of a router.

The one-room holiday rental on the ground floor has approximately 33 m² of living space, divided into a combined living and sleeping area and a bathroom. The apartment includes a directly adjoining terrace and a parking space on the property.

• the kitchen area is equipped with a built-in kitchen featuring a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, and dishes,

• The sleeping area features a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a sideboard,

• flat-screen TV, radio,

• dining area with a table and 2 chairs,

• Bathroom with shower and toilet,

• Underfloor heating and tile flooring in all rooms,

• Patios with a table and garden chairs.



Welcome! We are pleased to offer you two cosy holiday apartments and a charming holiday home in a location in Ahlbeck that is close to the centre yet quiet. The apartments were newly renovated in 2010, and the holiday home in 2012, and have been lovingly furnished. The property owners live in the main house, while the holiday apartments are located in the courtyard in a newly designed addition. Each unit features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. In addition, a free parking space is available right in front of the house.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
