501 - cozy vacation home for two people

Welcome to Holiday Rental No. 501!

This beautiful and bright holiday rental is a wonderful getaway for two people. The balcony offers a view of the Baltic Sea over the rooftops of neighbouring houses. The comfortable double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) is integrated into the living and dining area and is accessible from both sides. A room divider can be used to visually separate the bed from the living area. The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a combination microwave-oven. You can enjoy the meals you prepare there right at the dining table and then wind down the evening in the comfortable armchairs. The bathroom with shower is located inside the apartment. Without having to cross a street, it’s just a few steps to the gently sloping sandy beach. Parking space included.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

We ask that you keep the swallow net on the balcony lowered from April through October.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
