Private: terraced garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking. Supermarket, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 6.9 km, shingle beach "Cala Portitxol" 4 km. Sports harbour 6 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 6 km, tennis 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
