Rustic and modern stone house only 300 metres to the beach with sea view, barbecue, terrace
The holiday home is located in the picturesque village of Vrsar, between Porec and Rovinj. Various cafés, shops and restaurants are just 100 metres away. The tastefully furnished holiday home is close to the marina and yet very quiet. The historic old town, the promenade and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. The house has a small fenced plot with garden furniture and barbecue as well as its own covered car park. The holiday home offers space for 4 people on a living area of 75m2 spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with a wonderful view of the harbour, the sea and the nearby islands, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Both floors are air-conditioned and a WLAN internet connection is available. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your loved ones, Casa Batana in Vrsar is the right place for you. Groups of young people are expressly not welcome.
