Large modernized vacation apartment in beautiful Ruppichteroth for up to 5 people

Are you looking for modern, well-equipped accommodations for your next vacation or as company housing? Then you’ve come to the right place! This newly renovated apartment in Ruppichteroth Köttingen will delight you with its stylish ambiance.

Köttingen borders Ruppichteroth and is easily accessible by bus and car. The center of Ruppichteroth is just a three-minute drive away. Edika, Lidl, Rossmann, and many other shopping centers are located there, as well as great restaurants.
Furthermore, Ruppichteroth and the surrounding area offer many beautiful hiking trails and routes, such as the “Fachwerk Wanderweg.”

Free parking spaces are available right next to the apartment. The vacation rental spans 80 m³ and can accommodate up to five guests. There are two bedrooms; one bedroom has a double bed that can also be separated into two single beds. The other bedroom has two single beds. Additionally, there is a mattress available where you can make yourself comfortable. The apartment offers enough space to set up a travel crib. Bedding is provided.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need for everyday cooking:

In addition to the bathroom, the apartment offers a guest restroom. Of course, towels are also included.
The living and dining area features a cozy living room set with a TV and a large dining area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Einfach nur zu Empfehlen! So eine schöne und super saubere Fewo hatten wir noch nie! Alles da!!! ( Küche einfach komplett ) Liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Nette und angenehme Vermieterin. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Nach Bonn und Köln nicht weit.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) fühlten uns gleich sehr gut aufgehoben. Der CheckIn verlief reibungslos (Schlüssel hing draußen an der Tür - auf dem Dorf geht das noch ;-)). Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und viel größer als die Bilder anmuten. Gerne wieder :-)

Alles war blitzsauber, die Wohnung ist modern und zugleich gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wunderschönes WochenendeWir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag mit vier Erwachsenen in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden – sogar kleine Extras wie Kaffee und Tee, die wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt absolut und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, ruhige Lage, nette Pensionswirtin, An Haushaltsgeräten ist alles da, was man für einen kurzen und auch langen Aufenthalt braucht. Positiv ist auch, dass es ein Bad und eine Gästetoilette gibt. Schlüsselübergabe am Anfang und Ende problemlos
