This 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, and towels for the beach or pool. A cot and high chair are available on request. Outside, you will enjoy a private area with a heated pool, garden, terrace, 3 balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

There is one parking space on the property, free street parking, and an additional garage space. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. La villa era bellissima, esattamente come in foto, panorama mozzaffiato dal terrazzo e host estremamente disponibile e preciso. Il prezzo è in linea con le dimensioni della villa e le 5 camere da letto sono veramente spettacolari.
