The monthly rate for a long term tenant is $6,000 per month. On long term rentals, tenant pays for all utilities. For short term rentals (30 days to 180 days), all utilities are included in the base rate.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths; this home has approximately 1,600 square feet of livable space; it is situated on a large lot with approximately 7,000 square feet. This fully furnished home comes with all the amenities one would need or expect. Fenced yard, grass in front and in back of the property; very private. Large deck in backyard with BBQ grill. Large family room with board games, books and computers for your enjoyment.

We raised our children here and have enjoyed living in this warm, friendly neighborhood near downtown and close to beautiful Veteran's Park, the Defense Language Institute (DLI), Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS), Fisherman's Wharf and dowtown Monterey.

Cozy, well maintained home close to everything Monterey has to offer. Situated in a lovely, historic neighborhood on the top of the hill in old Monterey. Hear the seals bark in the morning or watch the deer stroll by throughout the day. Tranquil and pleasant, this home has everything you'll need for a delightful vacation on the Monterey Peninsula.
