Tofino Tree House was built in 2006 with the lumber harvested from the property and milled onsite. This unique house was hand crafted by local artisans. Located on an acre of coastal rainforest, this west coast timber frame home offers 2 bedrooms plus a semi-open sleeping loft and can accommodate six adults.
The kitchen's focal point is the organic concrete table with seating for six. It comes fully equipped with all culinary needs, dishwasher, refrigerator and gas oven.
Take your cooking outside on the 1000 square foot wrap around deck with a barbecue or have an evening out around the fire pit.

Enjoy the heated wet-room, relaxing in the big soaker tub with a view of the forest through the double glass doors or swing the doors open to enjoy the fresh forest air!

John and I have been long time residents of this unique area with temperate rainforest, laid back surfing beaches minutes away and the surrounding natural beauty of the wild west coast. We like good food, travel and happiest when outdoors. To hosts guests to the Tofino Treehouse property is something we both value as a gem to share. We are committed to making sure your stay is comfortable and to your satisfaction.

What makes this property unique

Tofino Tree House is tucked in the rainforest that spans the distance between the Pacific west coast and the inlet side of the peninsula. It is just across the road from Cox Bay, so the surf is a 5 minute walk from the doorstep. This is a truly unique and very private home with 3 queen sized beds, one bathroom, cozy living room with flatscreen cable tv, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dish washer and full sized fridge, heated floors throughout and a heated slate wet room with shower and giant soaker tub. Outside, enjoy the sprawling, wrap around deck with sunken fire pit and bbq, surrounded by cedar trees, but only a short walk from the beach.
