Die Ferienwohnung liegt genau über ein gut besuchtes Restaurant. In den Abendstunden ist dadurch Lärm bis circa 22:30 Uhr. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr klein. 3 Autos in der Nische in Größe SUV haben kaum Platz. Da schlagen die Türen an das daneben parkende Auto.
