Welcome to the Linquenda Apartment Building!
The Linquenda Apartment House, built as an extension of the charming Villa Linquenda, offers you eight comfortable holiday apartments located just about 100 metres from the fine-sand beach and the inviting promenade. In the immediate vicinity—just about 300 metres away—you’ll find fresh breakfast rolls, a variety of dining options, numerous shopping opportunities, and Ahlbeck’s landmark: the historic pier. You can also explore Usedom’s well-developed cycling and hiking trails, which begin right outside the door.
All apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality interiors. Warm terracotta tiles and harmonious decorative fabrics create a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, a parking space is reserved for each apartment. Please note that parking may be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Of course, Wi-Fi is also included. Enjoy your time on your balcony or terrace, where balcony furniture is provided. Bike storage room No. 10 is also available to you free of charge and offers space for up to two bikes. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement. The machines are conveniently operated via a coin slot.



Apartment 10:

This bright and welcoming holiday apartment on the ground floor of the new building invites you to relax with its inviting atmosphere and offers you a lovely temporary home. With 65 square metres of space, it comfortably accommodates up to four people. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and features a stylish living area with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a Nespresso machine, leaves nothing to be desired. Relax in one of the two bedrooms: The first is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an additional flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom, with two single beds, is ideal for families or friends. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet, and two balconies invite you to enjoy the fresh air. If you’re travelling with small children, we’ll be happy to provide a cot (without linens) and a high chair. A parking space is also reserved for you. Please note that parking space may be somewhat tight for larger vehicles. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available so you can share your holiday experiences with friends or family back home.
