On-site costs: Payment Terms: To finalise a binding reservation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid at any time. An automated payment request will be sent no later than 14 days before arrival. However, payments can also be made on-site in cash or by card. Keys will be handed over upon full payment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Deposits will be refunded without fees. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be charged; for cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the rental cost will be charged. Visitor’s tax is only due if you stay. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Check-in at our front desk: We look forward to welcoming you in person at our front desk in the Holzhaus starting at 4:00 p.m. Holiday Apartments in the Mountains, Christine Jennewein, Dreitorspitzstraße 1a, 82499 Wallgau. Check-In with a Key Safe: Would you prefer to go straight to your holiday home rather than making a special trip to pick up the keys at our reception desk in Wallgau? We’d be happy to set up a key safe directly at your accommodation. Just let us know if you’d like us to do this. We ask that you pay the full travel costs in advance and complete the online check-in. Your holiday home will be available to you on your arrival day starting at 4:00 PM. On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest. We’ll provide you with the Alpenwelt Card—your personal guest card—in digital format. If you prefer, we can also print out a physical copy. We’re happy to provide baby gear free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
