Vacation apartment Spitzberg - Lerchenberghof Eibau

Our comfortable “Spitzberg” holiday rental features a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a breakfast bar. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a toilet, a vanity, and a lighted mirror. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and there’s also enough space to fit a cot. What makes this holiday rental special is the lovingly installed wooden beam ceiling, which gives it a warm and cosy feel. The apartment also features a balcony in a quiet location facing the inner courtyard, where you can enjoy the morning sun to the fullest. Our holiday apartments also include bed linens and towels, as well as coffee and a small selection of tea in the kitchens, all as part of our standard service. A bottle of mineral water as a welcome drink and final cleaning after check-out are also standard parts of our service.

The Lerchenberghof is a family-run, historic farm located in the countryside of the beautiful Spree source region in Upper LusatiaIt was lovingly restored for you between 2019 and 2022. An experiential farm awaits you—for young and old alike—with a history spanning from 1747 to the present day. A journey through history, beginning as a dye works for linen weavers, through the farming life of bygone days, to the farm’s current use as a tourist adventure farm with guest rooms and holiday apartments. There’s an adventure playground with water here where even children in wheelchairs can play—it’s wheelchair-accessible. Table tennis and darts are available free of charge, and you can book a pony ride or a Segway PT tour (by appointment). A historical farm tour is also available for groups of 4 or more; during the tour, you’ll learn a lot of interesting facts about life in Upper Lusatia, or you can take a carriage ride in an old Hanomag tractor. 



On-site fees: Payment is made on site in cash or by card (EC, Visa, and Mastercard).Pets are allowed in some holiday apartments (for a fee of 10€/day); please check the apartment description. A baby cot or rollaway bed is available for a one-time fee of 10.00€; please specify this when making your reservation if needed.Breakfast or a bread roll service can be booked for an additional fee; a restaurant is located approximately 200 metres away (closed Mon.–Tue.). Included services such as Wi-Fi and parking are covered by the room rate. 



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
