Lage sehr gut, Haus bedarf etwas Pflege

Die Lage ist super. Haus geräumig genug. Klimaanlagen nur in zwei der Schlafzimmer sowie im Wohnzimmer/Küche. Es gab keine persönliche Übergabe des Hauses. Nur ein Schlüssel zur Verfügung, was etwas lästig ist. Negativ: Zwei Abflüsse der Waschbecken undicht. Führt im unteren Geschoss im kombinierten Schlafzimmer mit Küchenzeile zu Schimmelbildung im Schrank mit entsprechendem Geruch. Spülmaschine lief aus, angerufen, kein Rückruf, keine Reparatur. Zu wenig Besteck/Geschirr. Terrassentür klemmt.

Runtergekommen

Die Betten eine Zumutung, 2 der 4 SZ ohne Klima, Fenster und Türen verzogen, ließen sich schwer bis gar nicht öffnen oder wieder schließen. In Küche und oberen Bad nur Kaltwasser, im unteren Bad reichte es für 1 Person. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine defekt. Kleine Campingkaffeemaschine (2Tassen=1/2 Std). 1 Parkplatz, aber in 1km Entfernung. Im oberen kleinen SZ hat es durchgeregnet. Tausendfüssler, Ameisen, Mücken und anderes Getier waren in „ausreichender“ Menge vorhanden! WLAN nur in 2 Etage

Sehr günstig, aber mangelhaft

Im Mai ist das Haus sehr kalt, wenn es draußen auch noch kühl ist. Sauber ist auch anders. Keine Instruktion wie das Warmwasser funktioniert, im obersten Stock (Mansarde) ist das Wasser generell nur lau. Bei Nachfrage gab es keine Antwort und auch keine Lösung. Im hintersten Zimmer im EG ist es feucht und riecht modrig. Der Aufenthalt war günstig und somit darf man auch kein Hilton erwarten.
