This unique stone house, offers you the basis for restful and relaxing beach vacations in Croatia. The modern equipment of the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, will make you feel comfortable here. The layout of the apartment is very suitable for families who like to spend time together in the living and dining area and on the beautifully landscaped terrace/yard.

Priceless is the excellent view of the sea and the islands.

The small house is just a three-minute walk from the beach. Pack your swimwear and jump into the cooling waters of the Adriatic Sea. The surrounding area is perfect to explore by bike.



Vrsar is a small town on the water and is only 9 km away from the beautiful port city of Porec. Porec is a popular summer resort with a historic old town and a famous basilica from the 6th century.

For active vacationers, there are numerous water sports at the seaside, but there is also much to discover inland.

Take advantage of the many cycling and hiking trails in the heart of Istria and visit, for example, the Baredine Cave, which is famous for its stalactite formations.
