We had 6 nights in January at this property. It was a nice place, well fitted out, spacious and modern. However, it was very cold, and the only heating in the whole property was two small fan heaters. These were totally inadequate to warm up such a large space. We complained to the host about the cold but we were advised that there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation. Overall we felt that this was not a satisfactory response, and we felt that we should have been advised, at the time of booking, that the property might be very cold.

Unfortunately, this winter has been unexpectedly cold, and we were unable to resolve the heating issue in time. We are actively working on a solution to ensure a more comfortable experience for our future guests. We also regret that we couldn't provide additional heaters due to electrical limitations, but we would have loved to offer more if possible.
