The house is located 6 kilometres away from the coast, on the outskirts of the small town of Ingenio, in a country estate of 10,000 square metres given over to cultivation. Inside the house there are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a dining room, two bathrooms and a large, very comfortable living room with a fireplace. The house has been decorated combining colour with stone and wood. Sehr schöne Finca am Rande von Ingenio

Optimal gelegene Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage, schön ausgestattet und die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Schöner Garten zum Relaxen mit Obstbäumen.

Ein Landhaus zum Wohl fühlen

Hier kann man in ruhiger Lage mit der ganzen Familie oder mit Freunden eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Die rot gestrichenen Wände und Decken wirken etwas dunkel und auch die kleinen Fenster, die mit Klappen zu verschließen sind, lassen nicht viel Licht ins Innere. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben der Eckcouch ein großer Kamin mit allem nötigen Zubehör. Fernseher, WiFi und Elektroheizung sind in gutem Zustand, so wie das ganze Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. Ein riesiges Schlafzimmer, leider nur mit Minifenster, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zwei Zimmer mit Einzelbetten. Zwei Badezimmer sind mit Duschen ausgestattet und das warme Wasser ist ausreichen zum ausgiebigen Duschen vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der riesige Garten mit uralten Kakteen, blühenden Pflanzen und sogar mit Bananenstauden. Neben der großen Terrasse mit Sitzecke und Sonnenliegen gibt es noch eine kleine überdachte Terrasse mit einem Grill/Kamin für romantische Abende. Das Auto ist hier unbedingt zu empfehlen und hat auf dem Grundstück einen Stellplatz.

Sauberkeit/ Hygiene werden hier nicht groß geschrieben...

Objekt war wie beschrieben. Gut zu finden und der Nähe des Flughafens. Die Terrasse war wie auf den Bildern schön angelegt. Jedoch war der Zustand im Inneren des Ferienhauses enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit in den Bädern sowie in der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist zwar fast normal, dass die Fugen im Bad bei Naturstein ausschlagen aber man sollte dies hin und wieder mal reinigen. Zusätzlich war die Toilette und die Dusche nicht ordentlich gereinigt, da noch Spuren vom Vorgänger zu finden waren. Die Küche war spartanisch ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir den Vermieter schon auf eine fast leere Gasflasche hinweisen, sollte eigentlich bevor die Gäste anreisen kontrolliert werden. Das Besteck sowie die Gerätschaften wie Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher waren dermaßen schmutzig, so dass man diese nicht benutzen konnte. Es war so, dass nach unserer direkten Beschwerde noch am selben Tag eine zusätzliche Reinigungskraft der Agentur vor Ort kommen musste, die selbst die Hände über dem Kopf zusammenschlug. Dies fanden wir sehr Schade, da dieses Objekt eigentlich viel Potenzial hätte. Man sieht aber, dass die letzten Jahre hier nicht viel investiert wurde. Wir waren schon in mehreren Ferienhäusern auf der Insel aber sowas hatten wir bisher noch nie angetroffen. In diesem Fall ist Preis Leistung nicht angemessen. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen, das steht für uns definitiv fest. Wer auf Hygiene/ Sauberkeit etwas Wert legt, sollte die Finger davon lassen.

A peaceful getaway

A lovely traditional style Spanish finca which had everything that we needed to make our stay here comfortable and enjoyable. It is situated ten minutes walking distance to the bars and shops, which we enjoyed using, but equally it was very pleasant to sit in the covered veranda or sunbathe on the large terrace. If you are looking for peace and quiet than this property is ideal.

Arrivés de nuit, les clés étaient à disposition dans une boîte à codes, top. Logement propre et spacieux. Bien positionné pour aller sur les différents points de l'île.
