About this property

Vacation home for 4 guests with 70m² in Neßmersiel (269027)

A small but charming and well-equipped holiday home (semi-detached) near the dike, perfect for the whole family (up to 4 people); non-smoking home; unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A bakery, supermarket (April through October), bike rental, and several restaurants are all within walking distance. The pub, which hosts various daily events, is just a few steps away. The beach at Neßmersiel is about a 15-minute walk away (a handcart is available for our younger guests), as is the ferry to the North Sea island of Baltrum.

Thanks to our holiday home’s central location, the interesting East Frisian surroundings and the small, cosy towns—such as Norden, Esens, Aurich, and many others—are just a short drive away.

Important note: Please note that the photos reflect the current condition of the property, and we will be carrying out additional minor renovations and changes through 2025; however, these will not detract from the overall impression but will have a positive effect.
