Beginnen wir mit dem Positiven: Alinas DIY for 10 hat eine gute,zentrale Lage in St. Jakob. Zur nächsten Skibus-Haltestelle sind es ca100 - 150 m zu Fuß, man ist in 5 Minuten an der Gondel in St. Jakob. Spart einem die Parkplatzsuche. Der nächste Supermarkt (SPAR) ist mit dem Auto auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt gelegen.Wem die gute Lage ausreicht für den Skiurlaub und wer sich auf ein bisschen Indoor Camping Feeling einstellen kann, der kann mit Alinas for 10 sicher ganz gut leben. Sauberkeit auf den 1. Blick ok, einen 2. oder gar 3. Blick hält es allerdings nicht stand (Spinnweben, verstaubteRegale, Brotkrümel in den Küchenschubladen, Fußboden maximal gekehrt, nicht gewischt, Oberflächen in der Küche tw. klebrig, ...). Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, eines mit 4 Betten. Im 4-Bett-Zimmer gibtes ein 4er Kallax-Regal und ein Hänge-Gestell mit Kleiderbügeln. Dies war die Rettung zum Aufhängen der nassen Skikleidung ... einen Wäscheständer für Handtücher oder sonstiges gibt es nicht. Ansonstenmuss man aus dem Koffer leben. Keinerlei Regale, Schränke, Hocker o.ä. in den eigentlich geräumigen Zimmern zum Ablegen v. Kleidung. Verdunklungsgardinen gab es nur im 4-Bett-Zimmer. In den anderen Räumen muss man mit dem Licht der Straßenlaternen leben. Haken im Bad o. Kücherfür Händehandtücher vergebens gesucht. In einem Bad flog der Drehhahn fürs kalte Wasser direkt vom Rohr, nur Warmwasser verwendbar. Alles wirkt sehr heruntergekommen, zusammengeflickt und nicht gepflegt.
