A cosy and lovingly designed bungalow in a prime holiday location for 4 people in Grömitz-Lensterstrand, available for rent for your holiday on the Baltic Sea....

The bungalow...... is located in a prime holiday spot, right next to the beach, climbing park, and tourist information centre in Lensterstrand. With a property area of about 500 m², you’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy a relaxing holiday even away from the nearby beach. The property measures approximately 65 m² and features two covered terraces and a grill in the outdoor area. Your home is laid out with an entryway with a coat rack, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a living area with a dining table, corner sofa, LCD TV, and wood-burning stove. At the back of the living room is a small kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The first bedroom is designed as a walk-through room and features a bunk bed and a closet; the second bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, features a cosy double bed. Bed linens and towels can be conveniently rented from the Wandelt rental agency for your holiday stay. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the bungalow.

Das Haus ist Super. Vor allem der große Garten und die direkte Strandlage.Preisleistung ist hervorragendEin kleines Manko, ist dass das Kinderzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.

Das Häuschen ist sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der einzige (minimal negative) Punkt

Das Häuschen ist sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der einzige (minimal negative) Punkt war, dass die Wärmepumpe nicht lief und wir auch kalte Tage hatten. Aber so haben wir mit der Badezimmer und der Schlafzimmerheizung geheizt, das ging auch. Das Grundstück ist mit einer Hecke umgeben, so dass die Spaziergänger nicht direkt auf den Tisch oder in das Wohnzimmer schauen konnten. Wir waren begeistert über das grüne Stück Privatsphäre mit Rasen. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern (ca. bis zur Pubertät) könnte man hier sehr gut wohnen. Rundherum sind viele Campingplätze und es herrschte eine himmlische Ruhe mit viel Vogelgezwitscher. Der Bäcker ist schräg über die Straße und die meisten gehen hier zu Fuß hin, Autos fahren nicht viele, nur Radfahrer - aber die machen auch keinen Lärm. Grötmitz ist über den Deich und über die Deichstraße sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen.
