Cozy 3.5-Room Apartment in a Quiet Village Edge Location

The apartment features a living/dining room with a Swedish stove and access to a balcony with beautiful views. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed (2 places), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. A ski room and a communal laundry room are available for shared use. A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee.

The apartment has very high ceilings and is furnished with beautiful local wood, creating a pleasant and homely atmosphere.

The apartment is located at the edge of Celerina towards Samedan. The bus stop is less than a minute's walk away, and the cross-country ski trails are practically in front of the house.
