Perfect location and room for our stay. We have stayed in several different Sunswept rentals and have enjoyed each of them. The owner kept in constant contact with us regarding the weather and was super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation is in a perfect location, 2 mins from the beach. It’s a very well kitted out condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It’s very clean and in great condition. I have stayed a few times and love it. The host is easy to contact and responds very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great place for just me and my husband but could have easily accommodate our 2 boys as well. Communication with the host was very easy and the place was clean, parking was easy, and complex was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved it. Would stay at this location again!! Clean smelling!! Excellent white linens. Only down side was walking 3 flights of stairs and losing internet connectivity.

This was a great value! We had 2 small children so we were thankful that they provided a baby gate for the loft area (there were some larger gaps in the rails at the top) we also were blessed to find chairs and umbrella left from previous guests! It is 3 flights of stairs up with no elevator access. The front door was a little squeaky. Overall, we had a fantastic time and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean with ample space for the 3 of us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony that overlooks the pool. Location is very convenient and only steps to the beach. This section of the beach was absolutely beautiful. Clean and not overcrowded. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Ice maker worked great! There were plenty of fresh towels for bathing. Nice touch with the extra beach items that were available. If we make it back to PCB, we will be booking here again!
