Die schön und mit allem notwendigen Equipment eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick auf die Förde und den Hafen ist komplett ausgestattet, bietet genug Platz für 3-4 Personen, liegt ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral zur Stadt, zum Strand und Restaurants. Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und haben Sie auch bereits zweimal gebucht.

Die Wohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen und die Förde ist sehr gut ausgestattet, dennoch ruhig gelegen und bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Wir haben Sie daher bereits zweimal gemietet. Zur Stadtmitte, dem Strand sowie Restaurants gelangt man sehr schnell.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Alles, wie z.B. der Bäcker, der Hafen, diverse Restaurants, die Fähre sind sehr schnell zu erreichen und der Blick aufs Meer ist schön. Besonders, wenn Kreuzfahrtschiffe bei Nacht vorbeikommen. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen und die Lattenroste könnten erneuert werden, denn sie quietschen tatsächlich sehr laut. Die Sauberkeit ließ an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind sehr nett begrüßt worden in der Zimmervermittlung und bei der Abreise sind unsere Kritikpunkte ernst genommen worden. Laboe ist wirklich eine Reise wert und ich würde immer wieder bei Appartement-Service Laboe buchen.

Wir durften 14 Tage in dieser traumhaften.Wohnung leben ! Allein der tolle Ausblick ist es wert ( ein wundervoller Ausblick für ALLE , besonders für Kind und Hund ). Ein Balkon bei den tiefen Fenstern mit Verglasung ist unnötig! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines sehr gepflegten Hauses ( Hafenstraße 13 , insgesamt 5 Wohnungen ). Den eigenen Parkplatz findet man hinter dem Haus in einem kleinen Hof ( Einfahrt hinter Hafenstraße 13 a ) . Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet , sehr gut geschnitten , hell ! Die Betten sind sehr bequem , großes Bad . Wir hatten mit den Treppen im Hausflur keine Probleme ( die Treppenstufen sind teilweise unterschiedlich hoch ). Die Toilette im Bad hängt etwas hoch, was aber auch kein Problem darstellt! Strandkorb ( Nähe Ocean 11) inklusive ist super !!! Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !!!

Der Blick ist fantastisch. Besonders für Leute mit Hunden oder kleinen Kindern toll, da die Fensterbänke sehr niedrig sind, die Fenster aber so gemacht sind, dass man sie öffnen kann, ohne die Kleinen zu gefährden. Auch unsere Hunde fanden es klasse, den Ausblick zu genießen. Von der Ausstattung war diese Wohnung besser als manche andere, die wir in Laboe bereits kennengelernt haben. Der Weg in den Ort und zum Strand war ein Katzensprung. Sehr zu empfehlen - allerdings nicht für Personen, die Probleme beim Treppensteigen haben. Die Treppenstufen sind außergewöhnlich hoch. Keine - war alles perfekt.
