Praktische Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Leider an befahrener Straße und daher beim Lüften etwas laut, aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne Wohnung! Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden, sie hat uns sehr gefallen. Man sollte aber wissen, dass die St. Nicolai-Straße sehr stark frequentiert und durch die Pflastersteine ziemlich laut ist. Deswegen haben wir uns nicht wirklich im Gartenanteil mit Strandkorb aufgehalten. Die Fenster der Wohnung sind allerdings sehr gut gedämmt, so dass die Straßengeräusche drinnen nicht zu hören sind. Der Vorteil ist natürlich auch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung, so dass man auch mal spontan in die Stadt bummeln kann.
